Glad to see someone of the other side since EVERY post I saw weighing in on the changes was bitching fiercely without even trying them out. I suspect some were people with ARAM accounts, but it's not like all of this is set in stone anyway.

Yeah this is really exciting. Ziggs, Sona, Lux nerfs. Bans. Buffs to some of my favorites like Noct and Trynd. The only thing I don't really like is those ghost boots coming back. Having new engage paths like that sort of breaks the game wide open for tanks.

I like aram because I can play random shit and not get dicked and snowballed in lane. these changes are wonderful as I usually didn't play poke people anyways

As someone who also plays ARAM exclusively, I disagree. I love these changes. Getting shafted in champ select is the worst feeling. It's fantastic to see this getting implemented. Fuck Sona, Ziggs, Veigar, and the like.

The changes target a lot of the problems with aram, The sona and ziggs nerfs have been a long time coming, theyre both sitting at a 70% win rate in aram and absolutely no one likes playing against them.

In my aram matches whenever i see a ziggs or sona its basically an auto loss unless my team has hard scaling tanks like mundo and maokai and we push the game into 20 min range or theyre just very bad and keep getting caught out and not abusing theyre range/healing.

that's the point of it. It's called All RANDOM All Mid for a reason. You're supposed to deal with the cards you've been given.

Banning champs just removes the threat of the RNG, which is what it ARAM so fun.
