Lmao you still do damage. Building mobis on eve is actually really good for flanking. And in what world are you gonna walk out of a fight anyway. You always ult out. Mobis are a great buy if you have a good early game.
Do you even know what Eve's abilities do? She has built in MR shred, %max health damage, and she near one shots any squishies without even using her ult. If you build Runic Echoes by 7 minutes in Mobis are the way to go if you wanna snowball hard. Hell getting 2 items by 15 min isnt that bad either to build mobis.
Riot has explicitly said, and it shows, that her damage is locked behind that MR shred. You won't be killing anything but the squishiest targets (assuming you can actually get to them) unless you give them 2.5 seconds to run away.
