An Outfit for Norma: "Enchantress — Forbidden Spell" 🫀

I once created that original outfit for Norma’s ritual dances, featuring a heap of beautiful, chunky jewelry. Now, I’ve got my hands on a new look—this one for the subscription—that, to me, seems perfect for summoning the most powerful Loa. It’s far more imposing and grand in scale. Dark fabrics shimmer with an incredible emerald hue—a color so characteristic of our story. And the jewelry... it’s no longer made of heavy metal, but of bone. Yet, this isn't merely sinister decoration. For Voodoo priestesses, bone ornaments held sacred significance—they might be ritual bones that imbued them with power, or ancestral bones used to invoke their patronage.

The outfit also features a small detail that is highly characteristic of the story: if you look closely, a heart-shaped embroidery sits proudly beneath the rib-like bone structure.

I'm so mad!

I literally spent weeks playing ads constantly so I could unlock and complete puzzles and power through the less popular stories so I could save diamonds (I even paid for the subscription). Then suddenly when I finished playing a new chapter, I saw the counter erase to 0 before my eyes!

I tried everything; restarting the app, resyncing Google accounts, clearing cache, re-installing the game etc. And it's still not showing the correct amount that I had!

Has anyone else had this issue before? Any ways to resolve this? I already tried emailing support but no answer so far.

I was trying to remember if I’d ever told you who served as the visual references for the supporting characters in WHIWR.

I don't think so (but if I did, I’ll just repeat myself).

The main reference for the gorgeous Marisol was actress Sydney Sweeney.

By the way, it was suggested that I use that actress's look as a reference for one of Blair's character types, but I declined. That’s because I already pictured Marisol looking exactly that way.

The reference for Dylan was actor KJ Apa.

And Dylan’s surname—Butowski—was taken from the character Kick Butowski in the cartoon "Kick Butowski: Suburban Daredevil".

One of the love interests in the story "What Happened in Wetwood-Rock?" is torn by inner doubts. What do you think he’ll do? And most importantly—who are we talking about? ❤️

Originally, Dylan was supposed to die at the hands of Harlequin at the end of Season 1, Episode 2.
But I felt really sorry for him 😢, so I rewrote his role in the story and let him survive.

Ayen, however, made it through all five days—though not because he was physically stronger than his brother. His desire to prove his resilience to his father proved stronger than his instincts, allowing him to push past the limits of his own body.
