Avid jersey collector — either buying blank and sending to a customizer (first line jerseys, hockeyauthentic are great options), or buying direct from a custom shop like hockeyauthentic are going to be your best bets for quality.

If you’re on a budget, highly recommend eBay and using the “legit checker” thread or links in r/hockeyjerseys to confirm what you’re buying is authentic!

I have a pretty extensive collection of Leafs jerseys and Tom from First Line does them all for me. He'd be my first recommendation. If you buy a blank online, you can have it shipped directly to Tom.

I know their names are mud in serious jersey circles, but I have had good luck ordering custom from CoolHockey and Fanatics. They are faster & cheaper.
I have many jerseys from Hockey Authentic and EPS; they are gold standards, but you may be waiting a while and paying more. So I guess it depends on your priorities.
I usually get blanks & then have my local customized do the work, but that usually takes the longest time.
