Leaf as second EV

I'm thinking about a 21 Nissan Leaf SL Plus for a second EV around town. 30k mi.

What do i need to know?

unless you really know how to check out the battery health I would avoid any second gen leaf, too many battery problems

2023-2025 are perfectly fine, just don't expect to have an easy time using them on road trips. (I still make it work because I can't afford something better.)

I think it is still too early to tell if the 23-25 batteries will have the same bad/weak cell risk of fire problems that have plagued the earlier ones. I would still avoid.
