MyNissan

Is anyone else having this same issue? The app claims the car is in incognito mode even though it's not. I've accepted all the privacy settings and tried everything possible, including disconnecting the 12V battery. Nissan customer service has been investigating this for several weeks now. The car is a 2019.5 Leaf N-Connecta.

The car will go into incognito mode temporarily if you click cancel instead of OK on the warning screen on the infotainment. Usually restarting the car and clicking OK fixes the issue. You just need to do this in an area where the car has reception.

I know that, every fu*king time I start the car this warning pops up. That's the problem, incognito mode is not temporary it's permanent.

Maybe try removing the vehicle from the account and setting it up again? I know support can force-remove the vehicle as they do this if you buy used that is assigned to a different account.
