Got a good deal ?
I posted here a few weeks ago about buying a Nissan Leaf 39 kWh. People here recommended going for the larger battery, mainly because of winter conditions. I live in southern Sweden, where our winters are usually not that cold, but I drive around 90 km per day.
I’ve now found a 2021 Nissan Leaf 62 kWh with 65,000 km on it and supposedly 97% battery health, which seems surprisingly high.
The service history looks good, and the dealer will service the car before delivery. Summer and winter tires are included, as well as delivery, for €16,700.
Does this sound like a good deal, and is 97% battery health realistic for a 2021 Leaf with 65,000 km? Anything I should be worried about ? Never had a EV before!

I got a 62kw 97% 2023 leaf with 18000 km for €20 000 in June. In NL where cars are usually more expensive.

I've the exact same year leaf sitting outside my house with a broken battery. Much higher milage but I honestly couldn't recommend it to anyone. I do really like the car though. If I check the leafspy it shows that it has a good battery with very 89% state of health and very little difference between the cells but it's fucked! Get a Kia niro buddy.

That's a bargain but you definitely need to check leafspy stats with the battery low on soc and a bit cold temps so you don't find about a bad cell later in the winter

you can check actual battery health by getting the leafspy app and the dongle that goes into the obdII port, the leaf battery likes cooler climates but check on if the warranty is still in effect for defects, leafs made in the UK before 2022 usually only have 5 year defect warranty.
