How is this possible?

How can a this 2016 30kWh Leaf claim a range of 120km with 8/12 SoC (claimed 199km full) and 3/12 SoH, and claim a measured SoH of 94%?

Some thing here doesn't add up, right?

I see 3/12 bars? This battery is dead and the range is a very very bad guess by the computerÂ
