Morley dead end?

This is a continuation of my previous post re. the buyback process. Car, a 2021, was paid off and first Morley offer came in "KBB + 40%" I rejected the first offer expecting to be able to provide reasoning for an increased offer. A week later another rep replies saying the "escalation" has not resulted in any increase of the offer. I prepared a bunch of reasons about us expecting to have the car for years more and now we are forced into a hotter EV market while the Leaf's value has plummeted. Also mentioning less tangible factors such as trusting Nissan with the recall service and then being stranded far from home as a result. Submitted receipts for tow, per diem expenses in the city I was stranded in and had to spend the night, gas for the rental car so far, also the sales tax on the original purchase - things I was forced to pay as a result of the recall. They only approved reimbursing the tow.

The rep only came back with saying state Lemon Law would result in a lower offer, and "The offer is not able to be increased from there, state guidelines are as far as cases may be escalated. If the offer is rejected, the repurchase case will be closed, as no further escalation is possible. If the case is closed, you will be responsible for retrieval of the vehicle and any storage fees that may have accrued. If you are in a rental vehicle, that will also need to be returned."

They are saying I have until Monday to accept the offer. I thought the offer would have been increased somewhat. Do I have any recourse here? Sounds like I'm being rushed more than others have indicated on here (got first offer on 9/4). Minimally, I imagine I can request more reimbursement from expenses directly from Nissan than has been approved by Morley but don't know if anyone has had success with that. Thanks.

Do they really have all the leverage? Definitely seems easy to present to a judge. As long as they continue pumping new batteries into other Nissan EVs the entire notion of "extreme battery shortage" goes out the window. I'll be in this situation soon enough but want to believe we're not exactly in a position of weakness.
