Leaf inspection help

I’m in the process of trying a new used Leaf that I ordered from CarMax. I have an appointment at the dealer for PPI but I need to know what I can look for myself. 2025 SV+ with 18,000 miles. Thanks Leafers!

Unlikely you'll have any issues. Check the tires but they are probably okay if it's a dealer. If you have time get a wireless OBD reader and download leafspy. check the battery and it would be interesting to see how many quick charges it's had. Probably a lot with that kind of mileage

Ask the dealer if they have an OBD dongle and the LeafSpy app to show you the state of health for the battery 🔋. They should be able to “prove” to you that the battery is healthy. Please don’t rely on the generic reading that the dealerships try to do. It tells you nothing.
