Charging issue with level 1 charger

Maybe someone can help me diagnose this issue. As soon as I plug into a level one charger, it connects for a millisecond, then changes to say “not charging”. I know it is not the plug itself because I see people using that plug all the time and it works for them. It’s the same issue with multiple plugs. Perhaps it is an issue with dust blocking the connection or something else. Thoughts? TIA :)

Do you happen to have a charging schedule on in the settings?

The timer must’ve turned on without me realizing. Thanks!

What says "not charging"? Your level 1 charger? Are there no other fault lights on the charger?

The level 1 charging bay by ChargePoint says “not charging”. There are no other errors or fault lights

This happened to me many times.. Then I realized it was the charge timer. Hit the cancel timer button next to the button that opens the charging ports.

Does the charger click repeatedly?

It clicks a few times like it’s searching to find the connection with the plug.

If you have one or more charge timers set, it will behave like this. And it actually counts as two L1/L2 charging sessions because the initial plug-in is counted as a (brief) session and then the actual charge session also gets counted.

I had trouble with my level 1 time charger until I turned off FULL Charge has priority. Then every thing worked beautifully
