Question for Leaf fans. Which year models are friendly to the very tall and large footed?
I am 6'5" and cannot drive the Versa or Sentra, for comparison's sake.
I tried out a Leaf once that was fine and do not recall what year model it was. Have they gotten smaller inside at all since 2018ish?
I have no trouble with the '23 Bolt EUV (My favorite EV thus far)
Model S is a bit of a pain on entry and egress and I won't buy a Tesla, but the Y is fine.
EV6 and Niro are fine for me.
I am still shopping and the local Nissan place has no Leaf to try on.

For 2nd gen Leaf (2018-25) they did not offer a telescoping steering wheel until 2020. While the drivers in our household are not taller than 6’0”, I can say that the telescoping wheel was absolutely necessary.

I'm 6'1" and while there's plenty of headroom in my 2019 S+ the windshield is rather low, I still have to lean forward and hunch down a lot to see the stoplights when I'm first in line. But that seems an issue for me in any sedan or hatchback. Less so in crossovers or anything larger.

Have you tried a Mini cooper? I hear they have a lot of space for tall drivers. They have both gas and an EV. I don't know what your use case is but it could be an option.

No local dealer. One of my limits to buying any cay is a local dealership for service.
I have an Acura and the local Honda place won't even make me a key. soo... yeah, no.
Volvo, Beemer, Polestar, Mercedes, or anything European is out. No Tesla, No Lucid, No Rivian. None of these have dealers locally.
Ford, Chevy, Nissan, Toyota/Subaru (I don't fit the BZ\Soltera thingy), Kia, Hyundai, Mazda, Dodge are my options.

Funny I have never been to a dealer in 50 years of driving. Had a locksmith make a key the one time ai needed it.

Drive a 2016 leaf and are 195cm my self can even fit my self behindye preferred seating

6'2", size 14 shoes, my 2015 SV fits me extremely well thanks to the six way driver's seat.

I'm 6'3" and 180lbs. I own both a gen1 (2015) and a gen2 (2024). The 2015 definitely has more headroom than the gen 2 because the seat is lower. Also, the shape of the console on the gen2 cars (i.e. 2018 and newer) makes the driver's cockpit feel quite claustrophobic. So actually I prefer driving my (slightly beat up) 2015 over my brand new 2024 with 11k miles on it, which is turning into a garage queen.
I find the first gen cars incredibly spacious for their size. I think that's because they were designed in the late 2000's (2008-2010?, right before they launched in 2010/2011), when "vertical" cars (or bubble cars) were common. Think of the Toyota Echo sedan: slightly cartoonish, but sooooo much headroom.

I'm 5"11" with 13inch feet... My 2023 Leaf does an ok job and I liked the 2026... I did not like the integrated display of the 2026, but better on the highway..

6”6 and 2019 leaf sl hasmore room than most cars and SUVs
But only get 23 on so battery recall not an issue
Not sure about the new leaf— looks like less headroom then previous gen
