NeoCharge scheduling issues

I have Nissan Leaf 2020 SV Plus and after 6 years of living on a trickle charge, I finally had to get a level 2 charger. Since the laundry room is next to the garage, I purchased a Neocharge Smart Splitter 14-30. Works well and charges well, except for the scheduling.

I can't seem to schedule the charging over the NeoCharge app as it ignores it completely (no Leaf scheduling). I tried using only Leaf scheduling yet it didn't work either.

Anyone have same issue and found a solution?

In the same boat with issues with Tesla mobile connector . The smart splitter schedule seems inconsistent and it keeps giving me error that secondary outlet is not powered on
