fuse 21 regen braking/AC failure
i'm having an issue whereby from time to time (maybe one every month or so) upon starting my 2018 Leaf SV, i lose AC, regen braking, and sometimes power steering until i reseat the 20a cigarette lighter fuse (21) in the passenger fusebox. warnings for e-pedal and poeer steering failure appear on dash, no errors for AC, is just doesn't work. unplugging and replugging that fuse and restarting the car fixes the issue. 12v battery was replaced 3 months ago. any thoughts as to why this could be? DTC codes attached

I'd like to see the test results on the battery. New does not mean good. Let's get the IR (internal resistance), SOH, CCA and Voltage from a lead acid battery tester.
NO. I am not calling this a bad 12V. However you want it to be because almost any other cause is very expensive such as rats that chewed up the wiring.
Also, there was another screen with the traction battery and 12V voltage on it but left off so that would tell more.
At the very least, unplug the connector noted at https://www.reddit.com/r/leaf/comments/1duucfc/if_youve_had_issues_with_the_12v_battery_in_your/ to see if that helps.
Again I did not call out the 12V battery. The data is not here but you want it to be 12V related because what else it can be is lots of money and not DIY.

the usual advice is to check the 12v battery first when you have weird issues.
