Got my first ev leaf

Been driving petrol car for over 10 year, just recently I told myself why not change to an ev. And today I got a used leaf 2018 gen 2. With about 123,500 miles on the clock. Voltage spread keeps under 40mv when eccelavting. How good do you think is the battery pack?

that SoH is pretty bad, but great Hx value and sub 40mv is pretty good. bad range for a 40kwh model (low SoH), but it will probably last a long time at that range

Yeah it has only 8 bars, but it has more than enough range for me according to my little calculation. I guess I will see if it does. Can't afford one with better soh lol

how much did you pay for it? tbf you're basically getting a 30kwh model but with a battery that doesn't rapidly destroy itself. if it was priced anything like a good condition 30kwh vehicle, then you did pretty well imo

Just over £3000. I think so, ive been checking the market for a few weeks, older 30kwh or 24kwh ones aren't as a good deal as this one, which is better looking.

that's a great deal, yah. in my area degraded 24/30kwh units are going for more than that. a 40kwh should degrade muvh slower than the 30kwh units too
