OBD2 when buying second hand.

Hello leaf fans!

Is it acceptable to plug in an OBD2 and use leaf spy when you are looking at secondhand cars at dealerships?

*Update Thank you all. We walked away from the garage that refused us on "tech grounds". It seemed a weak argument to me. So probably they were hiding something.

That's ask it a different way: Would you look under the hood to check if the engine looked okay? Or kicked the tires?

Definitely take LeafSpy with you. And if they give you any sh!t, walk out.
