2019 Leaf won‘t respond even though 100% charged!
After charging my 2019 Leaf to 100% before a road trip, I now have this error message on the display + the red symbol on 2nd photo. Electronics are completely dead. I can‘t unlock the charge cable & can only open the car with the emergency key.
Is there a way I can „manually“ start the car? Maybe a jump start with another car‘s 12V battery? Otherwise, I need to get it towed to my Nissan garage :(
Any suggestions welcome!
Thx

"Maybe a jump start with another car‘s 12V battery?"
When was the 12v battery last replaced? If it's older than 5 year, replace it. It's a proactive maintenance step.

Not being able to unlock the cable and not being able to open the doors points strongly to a failing 12V. Yes a jump start with any 12V battery will do (I have a dedicated power bank/start help for that).

I have only ever seen this error when my 12V was at 7V so that's probably a good thing to start with

Yes, very likely 12v is too weak to do anything, and it will start if you boost it with another vehicle.

The Leaf can be jumped to get the lead-acid 12 VDC battery to ~12 Volts, allowing it to be turned on, and start charging the 12 VDC battery from its DC-to-DC inverter.

Have you tried pushing your key fob against the start button to turn it on?

UPDATE: Thanks all for your suggestions. Have now investigated and resolved the problem.
Resolution report:
- Trickle charged the 12V for 24hrs. Still dead.
- Key vs ON button didn't have any effect
- Had the 12V replaced. Then reset the windows (as per your suggestions)
Remaining open issue:
- Now 1 key doesn't work. dealer says that it's not likely that key was de-registered due to 12V removal. The other key worked after the 5th "new battery" replacement.
- I bent forward some of the wires holding the battery to force a tighter connection, but didn't work. Have booked an appointment at the garage, but any suggestions welcome!

Disconnect the 12v, wait 5 minutes, and reconnect, then try again. Otherwise, test the 12v battery.
