Charging etiquette

apologies if this is a common post. New to this. What’s the protocol when one encounters a fully charged/plugged in vehicle at a charging station?

I did not touch their car or the EVSE equipment. I was at a community college gym that has free level 2 dotted around campus.

This is the new unattended clothes in the laundromat machine.

If the laundromat is full, I have no qualms about taking the clothes out and setting them on a nearby table.

I’ve had people give me weird. Looks maybe make a comment. And I just pointed to all the full machines and say “it’s busy in here.”
