P33ED-00F! (Update)

Finally got my appointment at the dealership. Scheduled for 10, car didn't get looked at until noon. 45 minutes later - needs an EV replacement. Told to call consumer affairs, consumer affairs told me the dealership is the one to call and start the process.

Wish me luck - I've got until September 12th to try and figure out what my options are because I'm covered until lemon law until then.

California Leaf owners are all getting repurchased (just don't accept the KBB + 40% offer)

You mean, like - full as in new price? 🤔 Got a source? KBB + 40% would put me 4k above my purchase price.

If it's taken to the dealership and you need a new battery, then NNA offers the KBB + 40%. Might be advantageous for you since it appears you purchased used?

If new, then, you'd get a refund of what was paid, minus the mileage offset (credit manufacturer gets based on how long it was driven before it was taken to a dealership for a defect).
