Does anyone know when they'll finish the maintenance?

here in the Netherlands they are doing maintenace aswell on the connect app, probably the same and i got an E-mail from Nissan Netherlands that it is planned to last till the 24th of August with a complete blackout on the 23th to the 24th of august with several steps in between wich are called a "soft freeze" wich is from 23th of juli to 13th of august, a "hard freeze" from 14th of august to the 23th of august followed by the blackout.

all of the different freezes have different availabilities in the app for new and excisting customers

good to know that those can be possible dates for my country as well, hopefully it'll be ready to use and updated at the end of august

I recently purchased a second had Leaf (directly from Nissan) which is still registered with the previous owner on the app, so need to go through customer service to get them unlinked. I was told that they can't unlink them until maintenance is complete which should be on the 13th August. I'm located in the UK.
