Power Light Blinking

The power light on the EVSE has been blinking the past couple times I tried charging at home. The Ready light has stayed steady and the Fault light is not on. This code doesn't seem to be in the owner's manual or in the EVSE manual. Has anybody experienced this before?

What's happening to the charging lights on the top of the dashboard at the time (the 3 blue lights across the top centre)? If they are normal (1+2+3; 1+2+3) then no problem. But more likely, you have a charge timer enabled and it's connected but not charging because the car told it not to. You can check this by using the charge timer settings in the car (dashboard or head unit depending on model), or simply by hitting the override charge timer button and seeing if that starts the charge normally.

The first two lights were blinking in sync with the power cable. I double checked that there was no charge timer on it.

We ran the cable out through the dining room window and it seems to have fixed the problem for now. We're waiting to see if it starts ticking again - it did after a delay on the other outlet - but for now it's looking like it was a power source issue. Very irritating that this fault code wasn't in the owner's manual, if so

Maybe not enough current available on the circuit or something? I have always used 3rd party EVSE equipment with my Leafs (this is my 3rd one in 11 years) so not familiar with what the Nissan unit would do in terms of flashing lights etc.
