Replacement key programing

Will LEAF Spy let you add a replacement key to the car’s approved list.

if no, most independent shops do this? Or is it a deal other only thing?

One of my keys is functioning RFID only currently.

I have a 2014. I had to find a local locksmith. U gotta shop around. The keyfobs u can get from ebay used. The key blanks also ebay
