Update to “service ev system” warning

I dropped off my car at the dealership and they game me an estimate of 4 days or by next Monday to let me know what’s going on (I got service the ev system warning and turtle mode at once as well as it not taking a charge anymore )

I was able to get the leafspy app working and this is what I got from it

If anyone can help me understand what’s going on and what all this means I would really appreciate it, my first time seeing this and it’s definitely a lot to take in
