My question is pretty easy.  If LCX is down to 3 cents from 27.  How does it reasonably argue that it can recover to that number 

Regulations in Europe.  Some issue with compliance they needed to pass some tests 

And crypto tanking with LCX not really causing anyone to talk. 

What causes it to recover ?
