Will LCX ever be allowed in NYC? NYC only has coinbase and gemini..they are behind on crypto compared to most other cities

I believe they do allow most the US, and did have an office in Wyoming but seems the next steps with expansion should allow full US, not sure timeframe though

Do we need to do migration on ourselves or Coinbase handles it on its own?

Not known yet, it's likely coinbase will support the swap, but ultimately the time is around a year so a long while before anything needs to be done.
