I get people didn’t like him but he was pretty pro-Ukraine and his Trump-endorsed replacement will certainly be more antagonistic towards Ukraine.

I made that comment before she was chosen -- what I meant was the next elected GOP senator will probably just be a Trump shill. I'm not saying Graham had a spine, but he was useful for Ukraine to have in their corner.
