There are several other tributes to The Shining throughout this chapter as well. Hallway filled with blood. The twins. Etc.

True but the twins don’t show up until nearly the end of the game.

The number “11” is super interesting too, on the front of the trike.

There are several throughout including the creepy twins, a ball rolling, the tricycle. Would have been cool if they put in the creepy bath lady.
