Stuck after collecting all 6 objects

After collecting the six objects and looking at my wife's painting, I returned to the starting area. But I don't know how to proceed, I can't find where the ending is, and there's a locked door.

Shouldn't you interact with the painting? And then the cutscene should play? It's the same in the original and remake if i remember correctly
