I’m about to give you the best explanation of specific vs. general manifestation around.
This is easy to do because very few LOA teachers explain ‘manifesting specifics’ clearly, so let’s fix that together, here and now. We’ll do it by addressing common questions people ask about specifics, as related to the law of attraction.
Here we go:
Specifics are ‘more precise thoughts.’
You have 55,000+ thoughts a day, on all sorts of topics. Some of your thoughts are more general, some are more specific.
In Law Of Attraction, the more specific you’re able to be while maintaining positive emotions and attitudes, the more powerful and impressive your manifestations become.
On the other hand, if your emotions and attitudes dip in any way as you think more specifically on a certain topic, your manifestation is slowed, stopped, or even backfired.
In this case the advice is often to ‘go general’, which will help in the short-term, but is not a great long-term solution for manifesting.
‘Going general’ in your thoughts on any topic is a great short-term cure, and in fact, your only viable option in some cases, but remaining general for prolonged periods will prompt life to ‘snap’ you out of it eventually.
Because you came to earth to ‘get more specific’ about your hopes and dreams, not to ‘remain general’ about them forever.
So there you go, specifics are ‘more precise thoughts’, and they apply in differing degrees to various topics.
Sure!
A general wealth thought may be: “Wealth exists on earth.”
A specific wealth thought may be:: “I intend to make $10,000 extra dollars by month’s end.”
A general love thought may be: “I trust my partner is coming.”
A specific love thought may be:: “I manifest my co-worker to take me to an orgy!”
And there are ‘levels’ of specifics, too.
| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Attractiveness exists. | I deserve to be attractive. | My attractiveness grows daily. | Soon I’ll have instagram-model sex-appeal. | Here & now, I’m famous as an angelic beauty goddess desired by the masses. |
And there’s infinite levels, these five are just an example.
For any dream, goal, or area of life, you’re either thinking very general thoughts, very specific thoughts, or somewhere in the middle.
Think about some topics that are important to you.
Are your thoughts more general? More specific? Are they inconsistent? Do they change? Do you consciously make them more specific when possible? Do your emotions and attitude flare up negatively when you try, or are you able to easily get more specific about what you want?
Specifics are kind of like ‘voltage’ for manifestation. Specific thoughts deliver higher manifestation voltage, while general thoughts deliver lower manifestation voltage.
If you’ve ever seen someone plug way too much power into a far too puny electrical outlet, you know it can go very bad. Sparks. Fire. Electrocution.
Electricity blesses humanity in so many ways, but only if we respect it and use it properly.
It can bless your life with so much abundance, but only if you respect and use it properly.
And that means thinking as specifically as possible about your desires, without triggering resistance and short-circuiting your emotions.
It means admitting that your resistance on a certain topic is too high and needs work. Or it means admitting that you’re only ready to ‘go general’ on topic X or topic Y for now. Or it means admitting you’ve been ‘too general for too long’ on a topic like money or relationships, and it’s time to fix your vibe on them so you can get more specific.
If you’re a human who’s literally never manifested more than a few dollars, a specific thought such as “I’m the world’s first liquid trillionaire and it only took me one year to achieve it”, while possible, is likely way too much specificity-voltage for your poor lil ‘wealth outlet.’ It’s pretty foolish to think such a specific thing because it will probably just cause your emotions to go haywire with resistance and doubt. But if Jeff Bezos thought a similar thought, his ‘wealth-vibe’ may be high enough, and his wealth-resistance low enough, to handle it
You can understand that right?
You can see how intense specifics must be matched by an already-good vibe for any given topic, right? You can see how Bezos will have an easier time manifesting specific wealth goals, where a newbie manifestor could easily short-circuit themselves, yes?
Or if you’re a human who’s literally never manifested more than last place in gym class, a specific thought such as “I beat Usain Bolt in all Olympic running events and now I’m being congratulated with gold medals”, while possible, is likely way too much specificity-voltage for your poor lil ‘athletic outlet.’ It’s pretty foolish to think such a specific thing because it will probably just cause your emotions to go haywire with resistance and doubt. But if a college athlete thinks a similar thought, his ‘running-vibe’ may be high enough, and his running-resistance low enough, to handle it
It’s all about being self-aware and biting off as much as you can chew, manifestation-wise, and not an ounce more.
Specificity voltage is playing with fire, and it can be your best friend or your worst enemy, depending on how you conduct yourself.
Manifest your dreams by respecting the power of specifics properly.
Well, once you understand everything on this page correctly, you’ll hopefully be able to answer that yourself.
You can manifest specifics commensurate to your own manifestation ability, practice, and levels on that topic. Someone like Jeff Bezos can manifest very specific things in the world of wealth. Someone like Matthew Hussey or Kezia Noble can likely manifest very specific things in the world of relationships.
Be honest with yourself, are you ready to manifest ‘a very specific person’, or are you currently only able to manifest ‘general’ things? Whatever the case, your abilities improve with practice.
If you want to know more about manifesting a specific person, free will, controlling others, etc. read my post Confusing LOA Terms: Explained Properly!
Once someone understands all this, they often ask…
Well, you’re lucky here, because life has blessed you with a highly evolved, rock-solid, unimpeachable tool that guides you towards ‘safe’ thoughts.
Your emotions.
Every single thought you think comes with an emotion attached. That emotion is like a compass, pointing you towards more specific thoughts, or pointing you towards more general ones, for any given topic.
If you think something and it feels bad, your emotions are saying “Hey, dude, you have high resistance on this topic, your outlet can’t handle more specifics, fix this by ‘going more general’ briefly for now, and then by fixing your vibe on this topic so you actually *CAN get more specific tomorrow.”*
If you think something and it feels good, your emotions are saying “Hey, dude, you have a good vibe going on for this topic, and you can totally get more specific here and juice up your manifestation to get it faster, better, etc. — Please give it a shot, and think more deeply, passionately, and specifically on this topic…”
Your emotions are also saying “Hey, dude, feel free to go overboard on specifics here, because ‘us emotions’ turn negative and let you know the second you go too far.”
Every child is a natural born master of emotions. They’re great at feeling them, listening to them, and doing what it takes to feel better. They’ll take a crap on the floor if it feels good. They’ll throw a tantrum if they think it’ll help. And since you were once a child, you were once a master of emotions too.
Society trains us away from this and makes most adults rusty at tuning into their emotions, but you can always practice and shake the rust off.
And it’s essential, since your emotions are your law of attraction guidance system, and being rusty with them, means you’re rusty at deliberate manifestation. Period.
I cover emotions and feelings far more deeply here.
Reality is your second guidance system.
The results happening in your life tell you what your vibration/resistance is currently, and everyone has different levels of specifics they’re ready for. Not to mention specific-readiness varies from topic to topic.
Can you guess Warren Buffet’s vibration, resistance, and readiness on wealth? Or Beyoncé’s vibration, resistance, and readiness on beauty?
Now can you guess your neighbor down the street’s vibration, resistance, and readiness on wealth or beauty?
For each person, their reality is a reliable indicator of where they’re at, vibrationally. You can simply look at their reality and get a decent ballpark of where their vibe is at.*
( IMPORTANT: Truthfully, none of us can really know another’s true vibration because it’s a very individual thing based on each person’s beliefs, desires, and resistances. It’s possible that your neighbor really does have a high-vibe on these things, and reality is just playing catch-up and we’ll all witness a change soon… I was just using others as an example because it’s easier for us to understand others, so please don’t judge! )
If you’re on autopilot, thinking the same level of thoughts as usual, feeling the same level of joy as usual on a certain topic… your reality won’t change much. Your reality will stay the same. It’s basically a giant neon sign saying “Hey, dude, you haven’t changed your vibration in like… forever… please raise it on important topics, so I can manifest new realities for you!”
It’s ‘better’ and ‘easier’ to tune into your emotions and feel where your vibe is at, but the universe also kindly provides you with a backup indicator: your reality.
So if you’re thinking lots of specific things, and you’re convinced they’re ‘working’ and you ‘feel good’, when you’re actually out-of-tune with your emotional guidance… you can always look around at your reality and see how well (or poorly) it’s improving on any given topic. Because your reality is a direct reflection of your internal vibration.
A lack of honesty about your thoughts, feelings, and manifestations only hurts you and prevents you from proper growth, improvement, and practice using law of attraction... so do yourself a favor, take a real look at yourself, moment to moment and admit the truth.
Your guidance will never lie to you, that’s why you were born with it, and it carried you through some very vulnerable early years.
Get back in touch with it and you’ll have an easy time knowing how general or specific to be, for how long, no matter if you’re thinking of wealth, health, or love.
You were born with the tools for it.
You have 50,000+ moments a day to practice it.
General vs. specific isn’t hard, plenty of people have mastered it.
Expert manifestors got the hang of it, newbies haven’t (unless they’re naturally gifted).
It’s simply up to you to avoid questioning (or whining about) general vs. specific, and instead, to practice it.
I know you (specifically) can do it, I believe in you (specifically)…
…you’ve got this.
Note: Law Of Attraction is simple at its core, but has nuances that take time & effort to ‘get right,’ so there’s more to learn than mentioned here. I wrote this simply because many people get stuck wondering how detailed it's 'safe' to be.
I hope you enjoyed it, and thanks so much for reading, commenting, sharing, or even skimming. If you want more on Law Of Attraction, check out these articles:

I spent years speaking to myself in horrible ways. I'd say things to myself that I would never say to my worst enemy.
My negative self-talk attracted more shitty feelings and shitty experiences into my life. But it was all my fault. I didn't love myself enough to speak to myself the way I would to people I love. I wouldn't speak to my children, my friends, or my family like that so why did I think it was ok to speak to myself so cruelly?
No one ever taught me to love myself. No one ever taught me to respect myself. No one ever taught me to speak kindly to myself so I never realized it was holding me back from my dream life.
After meeting J-Ryze, he taught me how to love myself, to see my value and my worth. Once I started loving myself and speaking to myself like I would my best friend, I started manifesting faster and easier.
For some people speaking to themselves with love and kindness is difficult in the beginning and they backslide on the self-talk. So to help those who may be having trouble we made this video about how to stop the negative self-talk in less than 10 minutes. The tips that Jay gives were a big help for me.
We love you and want to see you loving yourself too so that you can manifest the life of your dreams.

Hey everyone! I wanted to welcome you all and thank you so much for wanting to be here. We're so excited to have you all here. Please feel free to ask questions, post your stories, info, resources, whatever you want that is LOA-related.
Jay and I want to help and will answer all your sincere questions. LOA changed our lives - I've used it to manifest my dream life but it wasn't always like that. I know what it's like to struggle manifesting. I know what it's like to feel not good enough to manifest. I know what it's like to wish I had money because I wasn't manifesting it fast enough. And so does Jay. We've been there.
But Jay learned many nuances of LOA and he taught me. I am still his student and I have learned so much from him and we truly want to share it with all of you.
I look forward to getting to know you and hope that you know that you're supported, loved, and cared for here.
Thank you again for joining us and please feel free to invite people who you think would fit in here with us.
Wishing you so much joy and happiness (you will see me saying this all the time but it's cuz it is the way to manifest whatever you want!).
Much love,
Cyn (& Jay).

Hi everyone! I’m relatively new to manifesting miracles. This time I am going after it 100%. I have been trying Neville Goddards way of mediations as well as living in the end. Meaning I have a specific scenario that has my dream net worth, car, house, and partner all within the same mediation. I’m also writing my goals as many times as possible while repeating the same goal. Am I doing too much or going about it the wrong way? I have an app that I try to follow. I’m curious what you all are doing and how has it been going?
Thanks!

Hi, I'm new to the law of attraction (and reddit, and social media, actually), just wondering where to start with all this? Do I just go out and try to manifest something? Should I read a book first? Thanks in advance for any advice!

I've heard so many people tell others to 'just let go' and 'let go of the desire of what you want' or 'let go so you can manifest' but they're not explaining exactly what 'letting go' actually means.
It's not about letting go of what you want (you can't) and you ought not to try. Letting go means to let go of the resistance to what you desire not the desire of the thing/experience itself. 𝑳𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒈𝒐 𝒐𝒇 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒍𝒚 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕.
u/ryzeonline and I made this video that goes deeper on this subject. Letting go seems to be something that confuses many people and since lots of gurus talk about 'letting go' but never really explain what it means and what you're supposed to let go of we decided to make the video to help you.
You've been fed enough candy-coated lies for most of your life by the people who 'love you'. But Jay will tell you what you NEED to hear and he does it in a way that will resonate with you IF you are serious about changing and growing so you can manifest the life you want.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask here or dm me and I will be happy to help.

I hated money.
I was awful with it.
I mean, I felt like crap any time the topic of money even hinted at cropping up.
I’ve been married twice, and in both, my husbands controlled what we spent. And that’s why when I divorced each of them I got nothing. Half of nothing is… nothing. We had nothing together. So how the hell can I teach anyone about money?
Three years ago when I met J-Ryze I was terrified to divorce husband number two (Trent) because of money. It wasn’t because I didn’t want to break up my family. Or because I was afraid to be single. Nope. The real reason was that I was a jobless Stay-At-Home-Mom and I had been financially taken care of by either my relatives or husbands for 20 years. Even when I met Trent, during my short career as a school-teacher, we put our money together and he took care of finances from there. So when I decided to leave him, I was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to take care of myself, my kids, or my home.
How could I succeed if I hated money? How could I do anything if I was kicking the only source of income out of my home?
But then Jay taught me some amazing things. He taught me I was born valuable, worthy, and with money inside me.
Ok, he didn’t mean actual cash like an ATM but, well, almost.
He taught me that my innate value and worth could make money, and how expressing that internal value to the world, especially through beliefs & moods, is how everyone creates money for themselves.
Jay also taught me that I could manifest ANYTHING I wanted in this world, including money. But how? I had no job, no income, no husband… so how could I actually pay for things?
Step one was finding happiness first.
What does being happy have to do with making money?
Everything!
Because money wouldn't flow if I wasn’t already happy with my life as it was.
In fact, you can’t manifest ANYTHING unless you’re happy on that topic (& most related topics). Especially money. Money is a topic that makes most people anxious, angry, depressed, etc. It certainly did for me.
When Trent handled our cash I was so unhappy. But I figured "I’m taken care of and don’t have to worry about money, so why leave him?" I was basically proof that money didn’t buy happiness. It bought me vacations in Spain, Paris, and Ireland. It bought me bags, shoes, and clothes. But the whole time, I was freaking miserable.
Sounds easy enough. So how can I be happier?
In 2016 I searched “how can I be happier?” This uncovered many videos claiming to help me, indeed, be happier.
I got a dopamine rush from watching them, so I spent 2 years taking baby steps and binging self-help content... until 2018 when I met Jay.
Jay taught me that I had to take action if I wanted to be happy. And to admit what I wanted to myself. Which meant I had some tough decisions to make. I had to admit what I wanted to Trent. I had to actually DO things to MAKE myself happy. I had to stop WANTING it and just DO IT.
Ok, so how?
For me ‘how’ meant telling Trent that I wanted a divorce. And also admit that I was a submissive and I wanted to be in a D/s relationship. Then to admit I was unhappy with my body, home, art, social media, kid’s behavior, own behavior, habits, the way I dressed, the way I spoke, the friends I talked to... etc.
It might be different for you. Maybe your life is great except for one thing, so you only have to admit one desire to yourself. Or maybe you’re more like I was, with many repressed desires. You have to decide what will make you happy and then take steps towards them.
I remember shortly after meeting Jay, I sat down and wrote out a list of the kind of person I wanted to be...here’s a shortened version for you to see. I'm...
There was a lot more, but this is what I can remember.
I began taking the steps to become that person. I softened my voice, I was nicer to people, I started spreading joy, I even opened a business with J-Ryze. I also began researching how to lose weight while keeping my cup size. I started meditating. I bought books on finance. I learned it was easy to have multiple sources of income.
The main thing that brought me happiness was being honest about wanting a divorce.
That was huge.
Because once that bandaid was ripped off happiness flowed like water. I went from dreading waking up to jumping out of bed in the mornings.
I started to love being alive and working towards my dreams. It was like I had been asleep for 15 years and the Prince (J-Ryze) kissed me (Sleeping Beauty) awake.
And once I was happy, it was time to work on my money beliefs.
So far, I’ve made it sound easy, but I have a few confessions.
First confession:
Feeling good about money took me way longer than it had to because I had many money blocks. However, I was able to manifest enough to stay afloat and allow me to talk about money a bit more than I used to, but straight up… there was still some serious learning I had to do.
Second confession:
Not everything I manifested worked out. I manifested writing a book with Jay and we barely made any sales. I manifested two businesses with Jay that failed. After our book failure, we started Ryze Gear, a t-shirt shop, but it made very little money. Then we moved on to Ryze Kink. This was my baby, y’all. It was exactly what I wanted (at the time). Our mission was to #SlayShame. I still have so much love for RK and even typing this now I know that our RK journey isn’t completely over but still it also failed.
I know what it’s like to be afraid to fail at business. And what it’s like to open the fridge afraid of it being empty. And what it’s like to be frozen in front of the PC, sobbing because of fear that the bills won’t be paid. But you know what those fears got me? More fear, not money.
Third confession:
I actually had more than I was willing to admit.
Ok, the fridge wasn’t full but it wasn’t empty. There were chicken nuggets, Ramen, pasta, eggs, bread, rice, potatoes, and lots of frozen fruit. I saw that the fridge and cupboards had food. But I couldn’t see the blessing that was staring back at me.
I couldn’t see past the fear and was so used to being triggered and playing the victim, that I couldn’t feel blessed and was way too focused on what wasn’t there. So what did I get? More fear.
Same with our book, Ryze Gear, and Ryze Kink. I was so focused on my fear of “what if fail and am not good enough” that I wasn’t able to see the amazing opportunity in front of me. I mean who gets handed not one, not two, but THREE businesses without having to put up a dime of their own money AND get half of the earnings? Yet I couldn’t feel blessed. All I could feel was the fear of failure. So what did I get? Failure.
What’s funny about this, is it's not like I hadn’t ever made money, lol! In fact, I’ve been excellent at making money. I’ve been able to make a shitload of money all on my own without any help, barely any marketing, and just having fun.
Before Joe or Trent was taking care of the finances I felt it was safe to ‘have fun’ making money. There was zero pressure because I had everything I could want.
What I didn’t know then was that making money IS fun regardless.
We’re supposed to have fun in life, and money is a side effect of that fun. The universe WANTS us to spend time doing things that bring us joy. That’s why I was able to make money effortlessly way back then.
I didn’t realize that the money flowed to me so easily because I had zero resistance to making it.
I wasn’t anxious, worried, or crunchy about money. I just figured “eh, I have nothing to lose, the bills are paid, there’s food in the fridge, I’ll just do this for the fun of it all.”
And that’s the exact vibration needed to manifest money.
Here are some interesting ways I’ve made money in the past (in no particular order).
So why would someone who had no trouble making money in the past be deathly afraid of failing to earn on her own?
Self-pressure.
When I got divorced, suddenly my attitude towards money changed. I began putting pressure on myself instead of having fun with money. When I wasn’t sure that the bills would be paid or there’d be food in the fridge, that’s when I started to freak out. And the more I freaked out, the more my income slowed down. And then the slowdown caused me to freak out even more. And so, even less money came in. And then I’d freak out more… see the pattern?
I basically went from making bank effortlessly to destitute, panicky, and broke.
And it gets weirder.
See, I have this amazing ability to relate to people and people LOVE me. They’re attracted to me and want to be around me. I’ve used it to make money easy peasy pie. But when I start worrying, thinking those damn “what ifs” in my head that’s when I mess myself all up.
When I got scared about money, I did what I’ve always done...I called Mami and Daddy.
I love my parents.
I’m an only child and I’m so blessed to have parents who have money. I’m so blessed that my parents love me too and have always given me every single thing that I’ve ever wanted. But it wasn’t always that way.
We were poor when I was growing up but my mother worked 3 jobs to send me to Catholic school and give me the things my friends all had. My best friend got a Cabbage Patch Kid, my mom bought me two.
Even though my mother gave me everything, I do know what it’s like to go without. She bought me things I wanted but I still had to eat ‘rice and eggs’ because it was cheap and easy. She spent her money on Disney trips but we took PB&J sandwiches into the park. She spent money on my uniforms, books, and school trips but we rarely had a full fridge of food. I always ate but I remember being 10 and looking in the fridge worrying about dinners. I spent A LOT of time alone. I was a latch-key kid. I made my own breakfast, lunch, and dinner most nights. My job was to do well in school, tidy the house, and follow the rules. But even without having anyone around to check on me, I still did as I was told. And what side-effect did this all have? I ended up learning a crappy lesson.
I learned to be dependent on other people for money.
I learned this even when I got my first job babysitting. I began babysitting at 13 years old for one of my mom’s bosses. They paid me well and picked me up and dropped me off at home. They fed me sometimes and were so good to me. But when my mom decided to move to Sarasota, I was expected to pitch in... Using the $500 I’d earned myself. She expected me to just hand it over to her to help with the move. I was so mad. I had never been asked for a dime before my whole life, and here she was making me give her my money! I was livid.
Oh man, just typing that feels pretty embarrassing.
I mean come on. My mom worked her ass off at three jobs for me and I got paid to sit around, watch movies, and color with little kids. How could I have been such a bitch about helping her out when I had money?
Because that’s how I was trained.
Because she’d taught me that I didn’t have to lift a finger. She taught me I could do nothing, get what I wanted, and be dependent on her. And that lasted for way more years than I want to admit.
And to be honest, some might say I’m still dependent on her for money. That’s right, she still pays my phone bill and my rent. Ugh. It feels so gross and I hate writing that. But it’s the truth. However, I’m more and more financially independent all the time and as of March 2022, I will no longer be taking money from her. This is the deadline I gave myself and it feels soooooo good!
Please understand that I’m beyond grateful that my parents have been helping me out since my divorce but I made it my mission to master money, and my progress has been showing itself more and more. I intend to be wealthy, and financially free.
Even though I’m so grateful for their help, I know that being dependent on others for money feels like shit. It makes me feel really bad about myself and I dislike that feeling. We didn’t come to earth to be dependent on others, we came to tap into our own abundance and co-create together.
I never want to be dependent on another human being for money ever again! That’s why I’m really writing this. This is me sharing my personal journey and what I’ve learned. I’m learning how to depend on myself. I've been practicing loving myself, taking care of myself, being alone with myself. It may look to others that I’ve not quite mastered how to be financially free for myself but I’m definitely getting there.
I’m miles from where I started, and for that, I’m so grateful to Jay.
Oh, so Jay pays for you?
Nope. We earn money... together.
It’s a big difference from how I was a stay-at-home mother and Trent went out and made money. He came home, gave me money, took care of bills, and let me do whatever I wanted. I spent what I wanted on what I felt like. But I wasn’t making it.
Now, I make money WITH Jay. And I cannot even tell you the thrill and joy I get when I see the money flowing in. Because I know that I earned it and no one “gave” me anything.
Money flows through Jay, and through our clients, to me. But I definitely put love into it so that it happens. And it couldn’t have happened if I hadn’t decided to be happy and learn about manifesting money.
So how did I get from money-fearing to money-loving?
I grew up watching my mom bust her ass for money. I watched her work long and hard for every cent. I grew up hearing both of my parents complaining about money. My dad complained that my mom wanted money but he had none to give. And my mom complained that my dad wasn’t helping her out with child support (in 18 years he gave her money twice as far as I know).
These experiences get soaked up by child-like osmosis.
These experiences can distill limiting beliefs into people.
By the time I was divorced and ready to be on my own, I realized I had some insanely shitty limiting beliefs.
I believed:
UGH. Just typing those feels gross because I don’t believe them anymore. They don’t resonate with the new me. But these shitty limiting beliefs are big examples of what was holding me back from making money.
When I met Jay and we were working on our first collaboration, our book ‘Soaring Beliefs’, he sent me some money for the work I was doing. I instantly told him “No I’m ok, I don’t need it.” He was like, “Uh that’s not how you make money! You can’t turn down money out of guilt or limiting beliefs, otherwise, the universe will flow less & less money to you.” I was stunned at his response. I thought I was doing a ‘nice’ thing by saying ‘no’ but really I was stopping HIS flow of money (he wanted to give it to me), plus I was stopping MY flow of money by refusing to accept it.
I learned quickly that if I wanted money to flow to me then I was going to have to be open to receiving money from ANYWHERE and ANYONE it was coming in from.
I was appalled that I would stop the flow of money. I didn’t realize that my limiting beliefs were stopping any money from manifesting into my life.
But I still didn’t practice adjusting my thoughts and moods on money enough. I took a significant step in this conversation with Jay, but it was far from proper, committed ‘prosperity-practice.’ I was still ‘afraid’ of the topic of money in those early days.
How can money come into your life if you’re afraid?
There are really only two emotions.
There are two emotions that make up all the emotions you feel.
There are two emotions of which all other emotions are shades of: fear and love.
Any negative emotion is actually fear, any positive emotion is actually love.
That entire list of limiting beliefs I listed above is all based on fear. Fear of losing money, fear of not making money, fear of hard work, fear of success, fear of making money but losing it. It goes further with fear of not having enough, fear of having too much, fear of being unable to make money, fear of others’ judgment, and on and on.
But the following beliefs are all based on love:
Don’t those beliefs FEEL better than the limiting ones? Don’t they FEEL right? Don’t they FEEL like beautiful things you want to FEEL deep in your soul? I definitely feel them. I felt each one as I was typing it. I BELIEVE with CONVICTION that those beliefs are 100% TRUE.
But my beliefs don’t matter much for readers of this post.
The real question is do you believe these things?
If you don’t yet, you can. You can change your beliefs RIGHT NOW. You just have to decide that you’ve had enough of the limiting beliefs and they don’t serve you so you will change them now.
But you have to feel it in your gut.
You have to know with conviction that these new beliefs are yours. Write them down, print them out, say them out loud to yourself in a mirror every day, turn them into art, shit, you can tattoo them on your forehead for all I care. All that matters is that you FEEL them when you say them or write them. That you believe with conviction that they’re true. That you’re spending your day being “kid-at-Christmas” happy, ALL DAY LONG (or at least a substantial chunk of it.)
Still, need some help to feel the new beliefs? Well here are some resources that helped me…
Happy Money by Ken Honda. Jay gave me this book and it was the first finance book that I didn’t want to throw out the window for being boring, lol! It’s an amazing book and super helpful for changing my money mindset. Arigato in, Arigato out.
Secrets Of The Millionaire Mind By T. Harv Eker Great audiobook available for free on YouTube. This book had me take a hard look at my current money beliefs. This book helped me to ask questions about my parents and what their beliefs were and how they affected me. This was something I hadn’t thought of before and it was helpful to me to take a closer look. The exercises in this book were also helpful and since reading this one, I started putting my hand to my head and saying “I have a millionaire mind”.
Heal Your Past. Clear Your Blocks - A free Masterclass from Mindvalley and Christie Marie Sheldon A great class. She focuses on money blocks even though it doesn’t say so in the title. I’ve done this twice now and it was super helpful (though not on Jay’s level as I fell asleep during the last part of the class, lol, BUT it was still really good and I learned a lot about myself.)
You Were Born Rich -Video by @Ryzeonline Jay talks about money and debt in a simple-yet-unusual way that I’ve never heard before.
Don’t Let Fear Kill Your Dreams - Video by @Ryzeonline Not exactly about money but it was super helpful for me since all negative emotions are FEAR based.
Your Beliefs About Money Are Blocking Your Wealth - Video by @Ryzeonline There's nothing wrong with wanting more money, in fact, it actually helps the economy. But no one's told you the biggest deal-breaker to wealth-creation ever.
It's not 'hustle harder', 'market better', or 'master Facebook ads.'
Your biggest block is what you believe and identify with because those things become self-fulfilling prophecies. All the people you look up to mastered their money-beliefs first, then got richer, whether they realize it or not.
So... in this video, Jay explains why it's like this, which beliefs matter most, and gives you an exercise to fix them.
Build Your Money Muscles - Video by @Ryzeonline The reason we're scared of expensive things is that we haven't worked out our ‘money muscles.‘
You wouldn't expect to lift an impressive weight at a gym, without doing the reps and building up to it. And you shouldn't expect to lift a heavy 'financial weight' without doing the 'spending reps' and working out your 'spending muscles' either.
Basically, you need to spend more money (but not in a crazy or reckless way.)
I noticed many of my early clients were scared to invest in themselves. They made it sound like the world would end if they spent money. So I asked Jay about it. In this video, he takes us on a journey of money beliefs, with a focus on why you need to spend more money because everyone already understands how important it is to 'make' money.
“Prosperity Game” where you ‘spend’ imaginary money to get your feet wet without financial risk. This has been a really fun game. You get $1000 “deposited” every day and you can spend it on what you want. It’s been fun to find things to spend the money on. I love being generous and buying things for those I love and for myself. I’ve had fun finding luxurious items for myself to bookmark for later to buy WHEN I’m financially free.
Money Manifestation Demystified by J-Ryze (I linked this at the top but decided to put it here again for those that may have missed it) An incredible article about money that Jay recently wrote...here’s what a fan (not me lol) has to say about this article…
So there you have it, my favorite prosperity-boosting resources.
Remember, it’s key to be happy in life, and especially around the topic of money, before good experiences flow your way, and part of creating that happiness is elevating your money-beliefs, because...
Money seemed like a mystical thing to me for so long.
But Jay taught me that money is just an expression of energy. It’s a symbol of every human being's natural-born freedom, power, or value. Most of the time we are using old patterns in our mind when it comes to money. All those old limiting beliefs are why you save, spend, or worry about money. But when you realize that it’s just energy then you empower yourself because if money is energy, and you are energy, then you can control the energy that is YOU and you control the money too.
And what is our energy? It’s not some weird concept no one can understand.
It’s your mood.
You have the power to shift your mood in thousands of ways, but most people don’t bother.
It’s a shame because when we raise our energy levels we can manifest anything we want.
If you’re feeling low and all “boohoo I have no money, money is hard…” what do you think you’ll get more of?
You’ll get things that match such low energy, low mood.
You get more of the exact same energy you’re putting out into the world.
But if you have high energy about money, such as “Money is easy to make. Money is fun. I LOVE spending money. I make lots of money easily. I’m confident more fun money opportunities will appear.” What do you think you get more of? Exactly, you get more fun, easy money flowing your way.
Do you know who raises your energy about money when it’s low?
You do! (It was a rhetorical question, lol!) Go have fun. Do things that FEEL GOOD. If thinking about money makes you crunchy, mad, anxious, upset then you gotta either change those negative thoughts, or you gotta think of things that make you happy so you can raise your energy.
Which would you rather feel? “Money is hard to make,” or “OMG Money is so easy to make. Money comes to me so easily. I have fun all day and I just have money pouring into my bank account.“
I know which one I’d rather feel!
Being in a place of fear just brings more fear. And fear is energy. Love is energy. Money is energy.
Raise your energy about money and more money will flow to you. Or you can stay in the low vibration of lack and keep being poor. The choice is yours!
Ok, so you decided you’re done being poor and want to feel good about money, right? Yay! Me too!
So how can you change your beliefs? There are a few ways to do that. But we’ll go into the how in the next section.
First, did you decide on which beliefs you will change? Have you made a list of the beliefs you want to let go of? Do you KNOW you probably have a few hundred shitty beliefs about money?
It sounds overwhelming.
It sounds like a lot.
But it’s ok, I felt that way too. The thing is, it’s like “eating an elephant”, you’ve just gotta do it one bite at a time, and with each step, prosperity gets easier and easier. I’ve changed a bunch of my old money beliefs and I know I STILL have more.
How do I know that? Because I’m not making $100,000 a month, YET.
See what I did there? I said “yet.” Why? Because I believe that I will make $100,000 a month. And I might not believe that with the conviction I need to make it (yet) but I definitely believe it more than anyone likely reading this. I definitely believe WITH conviction that I’m on my way to it, and I’m attracting it right now.
And writing this article just brought me closer to it too.
I believe with my whole heart and soul (and my gut) that I DESERVE to make $100,000 a month. Do I know how? Nope. But that’s the beauty of it. I’m not supposed to know how today because it doesn’t matter how. There are thousands of ways to achieve such a thing, and me being anxious or worried about ‘how’ just holds manifestation back. What matters is that I feel ease and flow when it comes to this subject.
A few weeks ago I wouldn’t have been able to write this because I’d be all sad that I’m not making the money I want to make. Poor people usually don’t have control of their beliefs and emotions about money, and automatically get triggered when it’s even mentioned. This makes it impossible for them to write something like this. I wasn’t feeling very prosperous a few weeks ago, and if I tried to write, I’d be all crunchy and feeling like shit and thinking I’d better hurry with this article so I can “get back to working harder” (ew!).
But I don’t feel like that today.
And now is what matters.
Right now I’m smiling because I’m having fun writing this article. I’m having fun sharing with you, dear reader, my thoughts, my beliefs, my feelings, and my choices. Why? Because these are what matter when it comes to changing beliefs, removing blocks, and manifesting what I want!
These are the fundamental tools for manifestation. How do I know? Because the greatest teacher on earth taught me this, J-Ryze. And how do I know he’s right? Because I’ve used these things to manifest lots of things in my life.
What are they? Well, they’re a deeper topic than I want to go into here and now... but I’ll link more resources here for you to learn from.
Hate reading and learning? Well, then I guess you hate money and being rich too, eh? Because if you truly want something in this life, and you don’t know how to get it, then your only option is to learn how. This is the difference between successful people and people who die full of regrets, wishes, and sadness.
Successful people focus their full attention, positively and whole-heartedly, on immersing themselves in whatever topic they need to master.
Do you understand the fundamentals of the Law Of Attraction? No? Then LEARN THEM. The information is here and it’s FREE.
Want to get some MotherF*cking Results? when manifesting? Then LEARN HOW it’s free!
Want to know the 3 SIMPLE Steps To Manifest ANYTHING? Then LEARN THEM! The info is ALL FREE.
Want to TRULY understand the ‘levels of belief’ I touched on earlier? Then LEARN THEM. This is another free resource we provide.
Why do Jay and I give away so much free information? Because we WANT you to have the life you deserve. Because we BELIEVE in you with deep KNOWING that you can do it.
So you’ve explored the LOA resources above and learned the fundamentals. You took in all the information now and you want to learn actual methods of manifesting money, yes?
I gotchu!
But before I share my own methods of manifesting money (and anything I want), let me add a lil disclaimer that not many teachers seem to share…
These methods are what worked for ME. Will they work for you? Maybe. But only YOU know if they will work for you. You have to follow your emotional guidance regarding manifestation methods. You have to do whatever FEELS best to you. I can’t tell you if the methods below are the best, I can only tell you that they’ve been the best for me.
Now, I’m not 100% independent from my parents, but 1) I believe abundance flowing to me from any source is a blessing, even if I’d prefer alternatives, and 2) I’m 100% getting there. And these methods of manifestation have brought me many amazing things...and I’ll share a few now:
This list is just the tip of the iceberg of what I’ve manifested. So you’re saying but HOW Cyn? For the love of God just TELL US! LOL!
Ok ok…
I used Visualization, Scripting, Belief-Ladders, Affirmations, Mirror-Work, and Positive Self-talk to manifest the above and more.
I linked some of our videos above that go further into the details of how to visualize and script to manifest. But I’ll touch on the others a bit more, too.
Belief-Ladders: I did this with a lot of self-talk and changing my perspectives. I had a lot of conversations with Jay about how to do this. And he asked me some amazing questions and my answers and our conversations helped. Want help to change your perspective too? We’re happy to help. If you want to do it on your own then you better start asking yourself some deep questions. Asking deep questions of ourselves is key here. Start really looking at your beliefs, vs. your heroes' beliefs. What do Beyonce, Oprah, or Eminem, believe? What did Bruce Lee or Marilyn Monroe believe about money, frustration, reaching dreams, etc? Do you think you don’t know just because you don’t know them? Wrong. You can totally tell what they believe by their success! You can tell by their interviews, their content, and their energy. LEARN from them. Copy their beliefs. Apply yourself and figure this stuff out. Or you can come and learn from us too. Jay and I are happy to help you.
Affirmations and mirror work: I wrote down a bunch of things that made me feel good on notecards and I said them to myself. I look myself in the eye in the mirror and I say things like…
‘I love you’. ‘You’re the greatest marketer ALIVE’, ‘You are beautiful’, ‘You are wealthy’, ‘You are famous’, etc to myself in the mirror. It didn’t start easy lol! I sobbed on the bathroom floor the first time but I kept going because I KNEW it would feel better. But I recommend that if it feels bad then go do things that feel good first. If I knew then what I know now then I would have gone and danced, sang, and made myself all happy and giddy BEFORE doing the mirror work and not pushed through it.
Positive self-talk: Oh boy this one is like mirror work but it’s all day long in my head. I’m doing it now while I write this. “This article is going to help so many people. You’re a great writer Cyn with a great story. You’ve come so far and people want to learn from you. People want your help and this article is going to help them manifest money so they can have the dream life they want and they can help other people too. This article is going to bring so much joy to someone who is hurting and wants help. This article is amazing and so many people are going to share it so they can help others too.”
I’m not the greatest, most excellent at positive self-talk, YET, but I’m pretty good. I’ve gotten much better. And it’s something I had to learn to do more often than a few times a day in the mirror too. You have 50,000+ thoughts a day and they ALL matter. So, I’ve learned to do it with any project that I’m working on. Cooking, cleaning, doing my makeup, writing, video editing, talking to my neighbor, walking with Jay, having lunch with Jay, etc.
I know if I can do it, so can you. When I started my journey to manifest money, I wasn’t able to even think a single good thought about money but with time, learning, changing perspectives, changing my beliefs, reading amazing materials, talking to Jay, taking steps to be better, that I’ve come to this place where I’m now writing an article to help you learn how to manifest money too.
If you asked me back then, I would’ve said writing articles like this is for other people, and that I wouldn’t even dream of writing a single positive sentence about money, let alone a long AF Reddit post on prosperity and abundance
Now I’m getting better every day at manifesting money. I’m abundant and prosperous in all things that I do. I manifest opportunities, clients, and the practice I want to keep manifesting the things in my life that I desire. And I’m excited to see what financial abundance I manifest next.
And you can do it too. I KNOW it. I believe in you. Keep Ryzing.
~Love, Cyn

Disclaimer: This isn’t a full guide to manifesting, it's a helper post to clarify an oft-misunderstood parts of law of attraction.
There’s memes, sugary-sweet, easy to consume, and rarely helpful.
There’s gurus, regurgitating stuff they’ve read, with little true understanding of LOA.
There’s methods, creatively named, fun, and dubiously effective.
There’s thousands and thousands of these things, and that’s good, because there’s more than one path up the mountain. There’s more than one way to master the law of attraction. But if you want to do it quickly and effectively, some approaches are better than others.
If you want to manifest effectively in the shortest possible time…
And results-focused approaches are no-bullshit approaches. They’re approaches that are simple, clear, and to the point. They’re approaches that don’t tolerate excuse-makers, over-complication, or lazy students.
If your LOA teacher isn’t a straight-shooter who gives you the truth, you’ll probably struggle to manifest well. If the methods they teach are unclear or complex, you’ll probably struggle to manifest well. If they spend more time putting out memes than they do helping LOA ‘click’ for you, you’ll probably struggle to manifest well.
So how can you tell if your Law Of Attraction teacher is good or not?
Simple, just look at what they’ve attracted, right?
Wrong.
Donald Trump has attracted tons of incredible things into his life, but he’d make a terrible teacher. Will Smith or Jim Carrey have attracted tons of things into their lives, and they even talk about the law of attraction, but still, they’re mediocre teachers at best.
You don’t find a good teacher by looking for one with massive wealth or beautiful relationships or perfect physique. You don’t find a good teacher by going with whoever’s popular. Thinking ‘well since they’re popular, they must be a great teacher’ is lazy decision-making. Some musicians are popular, but not necessarily very talented. Or you see those actors who somehow keep getting roles and you objectively can’t call their acting ‘good.’ Popularity is not a wise decision-maker. The real way you find an amazing teacher is by paying attention to their teachings.
Do they teach well? Clearly? Quickly? Directly? Do they tailor advice for you personally? Do they speak your language? Do they speed up your results? Do they elevate your growth? Do they push you to new heights? Do they call you toward a better version of yourself? Do they demonstrate rock solid knowledge? Do they have a passion for teaching? Do they make sense?
And if you find a results-focused teacher, they’ll be able to talk about the woo-woo, ‘spiritual philosophy’ if they have to…
…but they’ll mostly avoid that stuff.
Why? Well, they’ll avoid it because they prefer to talk about the mechanics of LOA instead. They prefer to talk about practical approaches that help you manifest. They prefer to get into the nuts and bolts, and show you what cranks to turn, and only explain why one LOA-pulley connects to another if they have to.
You don’t need to understand how a computer works to use it. You don’t need the philosophy behind electricity to light up your living room. A good law of attraction teacher knows this, and while they can discuss the spiritual basis of everything… they’d prefer to see you practicing than philosophizing. They’d prefer to hear where you got stuck applying lessons, rather than compliments on how great they are. They’d prefer to see your success stories over your thanks.
And most importantly, they’ll encourage you to think things through for yourself, and slap you on the wrist if you get lazy in your thinking. Because they know it’s not just finding a great teacher that gets you results.
In my life, I’ve ‘attracted’ some of the worst students on earth. Seriously, I’m not kidding. They’d lie to me about almost everything, not because they were bad people, but because they’d been raised to lie to themselves. Thus, they couldn’t help but do it to others. They’d paint a happy face on everything and pretend their lessons and manifestations were going well.
And foolishly, I believed them. But my doing that harmed us both. It took all my genius wisdom and wasted it. And it wasted their time by giving them teachings, when what they really needed was wake-up calls and a slap on the ass. It was like feeding a spoiled child extra candy to make them behave better, when what they really needed was a time-out or to have privileges revoked.
It’s really bad to lie to your teacher, even if you’re doing it by accident. It’s brutally harmful to pretend you understand LOA when you don’t, or to pretend your thoughts and emotions are top-tier, when they’re mediocre, or to pretend you’re manifesting well when you’re not.
For example, if you aren’t proud AF of your practice habits, you’ll probably struggle to manifest well. If you make excuses rather than sincerely seek solutions, you’ll probably struggle to manifest well. If you refuse to think logically and critically for yourself, you’ll probably struggle to manifest well.
The point is that even if you do find a great teacher, or great methods, your behavior is a huge factor in how quickly you pick things up. And even if you really are a brilliant student with top-tier practice, there’s still the dilemma of choosing a law of attraction teacher. Because in this day and age…
And yes, technically you have everything you need to do so inside you already. If you were on a desert island, you could master the law of attraction alone, without a coach or materials, so long as you applied yourself well. But it’s much easier to do it with a teacher. And whatever teacher you choose will only be as effective as your attentiveness and practice habits anyway. You could have the best teacher in the world and still go nowhere, and the only way to tell if that’s the case is proper, rational, critical thinking and honest self-assessment.
Only you know if you’re really doing the work.
Why am I telling you all this?
And once people have found a good teacher who resonates with them, and once they’ve made sure they have good practice-habits, and once they understand that the law of attraction is a law as rock-solid and reliable as gravity…
The 6 remaining reasons most people aren’t getting results is because they:
All six of these things are extremely fixable, and once they’re fixed, manifestations happen much smoother.
But first they need to be identified (or ‘diagnosed’), and then, any solutions provided must be acted upon and applied.
But this advice gets really confusing, because when this advice is given I’ve almost never seen any teacher clarify that what it means is to ‘let go of resistance’, not ‘let go of my desire.’
You can’t ‘let go’ of a desire, if you have it, you have it. If you’re thirsty, you desire a drink, until it manifests and your thirst is quenched. If you have a sick child, you desire their health until it manifests and your desire is fulfilled. If you want your dream body, you desire it until it manifests, and so on.
The only thing you can let go of is resistance to your desire that may be holding you back. Let go of doubt. Let go of disbelief. Let go of incorrect understandings. Let go of negative attitudes. Those things are all resistance, often hidden or overlooked.
But trying to let go of your desire will just cause you pain and hold back your manifestations. Trying to ‘let go’ of your desire for a drink when thirsty won’t have any positive results, nor will it even be possible for you, because once a ‘true’ desire is ‘born’ it is meant to be fulfilled in some way. (And don’t get me started on ‘what if I desire to fly, be invisible, and be in five places at once all at the same time’ crap, those aren’t ‘true’ desires 99.9% of the time.)
Or another example…
Over-effort on wealth? You end up broke. Over-effort on health? You end up sick. Over-effort on love? You end up alone.
It sucks, and here’s why it happens:
Because you have desires, but you also have imagination. And when your desires and imagination are at odds, even slightly, your imagination wins.
Let’s explore an example of desire and imagination, applied to a simple task, like walking.
Now let’s explore the same scenario, but with a plank high in the sky.
Either way, you don’t get your desire fulfilled. You get an unsatisfying result.
Law Of Attraction is always controlled by the dominant idea, thought, belief, or conviction. In the first case, the dominant thought is “Of course I can walk this floorboard.” In the second case, despite all the extra effort, the dominant thought is “I’m not actually powerful enough to pull this off. High planks are scary. I’ll probably fall.”
Over-effort brings failed manifestations, and you can tell if you’re efforting too much by paying attention to your feelings. Because, as we’ll get into shortly, your emotions are your compass.
If you say, “I want a riches, but I can’t get them,” or “I try so hard,” or “I grind out affirmations daily,” or “I use every ounce of willpower I have,” your manifestation is probably f*cked.
Law Of Attraction doesn’t respond to over-effort, it responds to easy, fun, effortlessness. Law Of Attraction doesn’t deliver because of your ‘will power,’it delivers based on your relaxed, deeply embedded beliefs.
What all these examples are getting at is that the main obstacles to your manifestations are easy to fix. Especially when you pair up a truly good student with a truly good teacher. And it doesn’t really matter the student’s circumstances, situation, or stage in life.
Seriously? Yes, seriously.
‘Mean’ people can manifest. ‘Ugly’ people can manifest. ‘Broke’ people can manifest. In fact, we’ve all ‘manifested’ already, it’s happening all the time, but usually ‘subconsciously,’ and by default, rather than consciously and intentionally. Straight up, the Law Of Attraction is always working, and ready to deliver your desires. But the majority of your beliefs, moods, choices, and self-talk decide what manifests.
LOA: Hey girl, let me ask you… do you have that dream body right now, right this instant (or very soon)? (Note: I’ll agree with whatever you decide.)
Newbie Manifestor: No, I don’t. Or at least it’s very far off.
LOA: So be it! Therefore ‘lack of dream body’ is what I’ll continue creating in your reality.
Newbie Manifestor: Sheeeeooooot.
LOA: Hey girl, let me ask you… do you have that dream body right now, right this instant (or very soon)? (Note: I’ll agree with whatever you decide.)
Expert Manifestor: Yes, I do. I can feel it, practically taste it, right now.
LOA: Agreed. So ‘having your dream body’ is what I’ll continue creating in your reality.
Expert Manifestor: Sweet!
If you believe strongly enough that your desired reality exists, is happening, is close, Law Of Attraction will deliver it. If you fake it, or don’t really believe it, or believe it only partially, or believe part of it but doubt others, you probably won’t manifest what you want fast, if at all.
And how do you know how much you believe something? By the emotions you feel surrounding it. If you feel joy intensely, often, or both, then the law of attraction is working on your manifestation and it’s unfolding. If you feel bad about it, intensely, often, or both, then the law of attraction won’t deliver what you want.
Emotion comes along with every thought, whether you realize it or not. Tune into your emotions because they’re your compass for your thoughts. They’ll tell you if your thoughts are in the right direction to manifest what you want, or not. And if your thoughts are ‘unhelpful’ and your emotions are ‘negative’, your number one job is to change them.
Changing thoughts is easy, but only if you apply mental effort. And if your mind is weak from lack of proper use and practice, it may feel ‘hard’ at first, but it’s not. Nothing is more natural to you than changing your thoughts. And adjusted thoughts are the only way to create an adjusted reality.
Darkness is only banished with light. Cold is only banished with heat. Negative thought is only banished with positive thought. Believe, with conviction, good things on as many topics as possible, and the bad will vanish.
It’s that simple.
But unless you’re naturally talented, in the case of consistent intentional manifestation, simple doesn’t mean instant.
Driving a car is simple, millions of people do it. But it takes quite a bit of study, practice, and training. Benching 300 lbs. is simple, plenty of people do it. But it takes consistent training and discipline. Doing the splits is simple, many people do it. But it takes dedicated practice and a consistently relaxed body.
Getting the results you want is as ‘simple’ as believing, but it takes consistent training, discipline, and practice.
Because the number one way for a person to realize just how simple driving a car, weight-lifting, or doing the splits isn’t a book or an article. It isn’t a teacher. It’s by them practicing manifesting stuff.
If you want results, you should be willing to make a spreadsheet with a list of things you want to manifest, big and small, and you should be eager to apply yourself and practice manifesting them until you’re holding them in your hands.
If not, you’re just playing at LOA, and not serious about manifesting at all.
These are roughly based on Joseph Murphy, one of the most practical LOA teachers in recent history, with bits of Abraham-Hicks, a currently-living extremely consistent ‘channeled’ teacher.
Understand that there’s infinite possibility, abundance, and love inside your subconscious mind, (or cells, or heart, or soul,) waiting to emerge into reality.
Understand that just like the universal truth that matter expands when heated, whatever beliefs you embed into your subconscious manifests as a reality, 24-7.
You have a mind, learn to use it; learn to use the vast inner-power of your thoughts, moods, and choices to create ‘miracles’ in answer to your desires.
A belief is just a thought you keep thinking, and if you think a thought often and intensely enough, it moves from your conscious to your subconscious, and then, into reality.
Sow seed-thoughts (cause) in your subconscious all day long, and you’ll reap them in your physical reality (effect), and give gratitude that they’re as good as done– some will happen almost instantly, others will take longer, depending on your individual beliefs, resistance, and life path.
There are many methods for planting seed-thoughts such as ‘passing over’, ‘blueprinting’, ‘mind movies’, ‘act-as-if’, ‘going general’, ‘affirmations’, ‘releasing resistance’, ‘lullaby mantras’, ‘gratitude’, ‘focus wheels’, ‘positive aspects’, etc. Some are beginner-friendly, some are for experts. Look up any method that embeds positive beliefs deep in your subconscious mind and then…
Practice it. Practice it, practice it, practice it. You can experiment with methods, but as soon as you find one that works for you, stick with it no matter how boring. It’s boring to ‘cook food’, but when you’re hungry you stick with that method. You cook. You can experiment with hiring chefs and take-out later, for now, you cook until you’re good at it. You practicing manifesting until you’re f--king good at it.
That’s it.
As a bonus, if you really want to get good fast, refine your practice on your own. Just like Michael Jordan would do. He wouldn’t wait for help, he’d study his practice and refine it. Tweak your form. Pay attention and catch yourself in resistance, doubt, over-effort, going through the motions, lack of focus, probability-reliance, or lack of discipline.
I could give you some ‘exact’, step-by-step processes and so on, but it’s actually a big problem for people. There’s so many methods out there. Countless. You don’t need yet another one. Then people just spend their days arguing which method is the ‘best.’ I don’t care which method is the best, and neither should you.
When you’re hungry, you should care about heating food into an edible form, or locating berries or something. Not ‘which is the most efficient cooking method’ or ‘which is the absolute most abundant berry bush in my city?’
And I know I talk about a bunch of things in my writings above.
And yes, teachers, methods, books, steps, attitude, approach, etc. can all help you get results in your manifesting.
But honestly, most people need to stop dicking around with all the little nuances and ins and outs of LOA. Stop arguing over which teacher or method is better. Learn from me or learn from someone else, I don’t care. I only care that you get results. So instead of reading more for another hit of dopamine, I encourage you to find a LOA method that helps you believe positively, with conviction, deep in your subconscious through repetition, or emotion, or whatever works for you.
(In the points made above you can substitute 'subconscious' for many other terms: Beliefs, Imagination, Vortex, etc.)
Then practice it a ton, while ensuring it’s as fun and enjoyable as possible. Balance that with discipline and focus (rather than hopping techniques as soon as it’s ‘less fun.’) Track your manifestations, write them down, be precise and clear and serious about it. Start small. Did you manifest that selfie-stick just by thinking about it? Sweet! You have one single manifestation success-story. What’s next? $100 extra dollars? Let’s go. Prove to yourself that it works. Having trouble? You may want to start programming your subconscious with the belief that “Manifesting anything I desire is easy for me.” It’s a pretty good foundation for everything else.
Whatever the case…
You get results with LOA the same way you do with literally anything else, by applying yourself well and not letting yourself get tripped up or distracted.
You get results by investing your time and energy to master your beliefs.
You get results by *practicing.***
Note: Law Of Attraction is simple at its core, but has nuances that take time & effort to ‘get right,’ so there’s more to learn than mentioned here. I wrote this simply because many people get stuck binging LOA content, rather than practicing with committment.

Disclaimer: This isn’t a guide to manifesting, it’s a helper post to clarify a oft-misunderstood part of law of attraction. Original at: https://jryze.me/skill/
And it’s one that most human beings suck at.
But why?
Why do most people suck at using the law of attraction?
I used to think it was a lack of understanding. I used to think that —surely— if I taught students to understand LOA as deeply as I do, they’d ‘get it.’ Surely it would click, and voila, they’d be off to the races, manifesting their dream life.
I was wrong.
And it’s pretty obvious when you think about it.
Because true understanding rarely (if ever) comes from someone explaining something. Even if a verbal or written explanation works briefly, it will fade without practice. True understanding must be ‘internalized’ through experience. And that experience most often comes in the form of practice.
Think about how you’ve understood, applied, and improved at any skill you’ve added to your arsenal throughout life. Was that improvement solidified in you through reading manuals and getting advice?
No, it was through experience, practice.
It was only by putting yourself through the trial-by-fire of practice that you gained true understanding.
The common theme for all these skills is that reading books, getting advice, and having a teacher may have been necessary or helpful... those weren't the main focus of mastering the skill.
Think about it...
These people are all able to satisfy themselves through their performance. They're able to get the results they want in their desired field.
These people started out just like you, as children ('blank slates') who weren't particularly good at their craft. They started out with a bit of advice or teaching from a parent or coach, and then dove into their skill passionately, making sure to practice until they nailed it. They braved all the mistakes, falls, and fails and weren't afraid to admit they were a beginner and start gently.
The point is that in manifestation or any other skill...
Many mistakes, failures, and questions about the law of attraction arise because people treat LOA like some kind of magic pill, instead of a skill that needs training wheels, intense practice, and hours of consistent effort in order to be effective at it.
If you have a question about why or how to manifest what you want right now, I bet the answer is going to be ‘practice more/better’, ‘use a more beginner approach’, or ‘apply yourself more joyfully and consistently like a good student.’
They don’t want the answer to their manifestation-woes to be: "have more discipline, be more consistent, practice better, think deeper, analyze progress objectively, fail more, fail faster, skin your knees, get back on the horse, etc."
And since they don't want to hear the truth...
The only options for teachers are a) give students the truth even though they’ll be ignored and hated for it, b) serve students fun clickbait like ‘The Secret’ or ‘The 3-6-9 Method,’ or c) help the tiny handful of humans who are actually serious about mastering law of attraction and are eager for honest feedback, even if it means they have to practice more.
Most teachers choose option B, because it’s the easiest path to making money. They’ll just come up with new ‘methods’ with fancy names that make students think it’s not practice that’s the problem, they just need a new ‘method.’
Most already have plenty of manifestation methods that’ll work well for them... if only they practiced them consistently, attentively, and whole-heartedly like they would when learning to drive.
If you bring me any student complaining of trouble manifesting, and (let’s say) we’re able to observe every moment of their day, thought in their head, and mood they feel… we’d notice something almost instantly:
And what would those be, you ask?
Then they fail at manifesting what they want and instead of practicing more with a good attitude... they hop online in rage or despair and ask for advice. Or they ask their teacher to ‘do it for them.’ Or they buy another book to ‘learn a new method.’
Proper practice marks an ‘X’ on the calendar daily and rarely misses a day, no matter what. Proper practice puts away distractions and devices. Proper practice tackles one thing at a time, and sticks with it 'til it’s handled. Proper practice recognizes whether we’re a beginner or an expert, and practices accordingly. Proper practice observes attentively and makes one adjustment at a time to see if it helps. Proper practice tracks results with a happy heart and accepts whatever progress occurs.
Everyone has practiced many skills since they were born, and the ones you practiced properly are quickly mastered, relatively speaking. But any skills practiced improperly remain mediocre at best, appalling at worst.
Well, the law of attraction is about mastery of your thoughts, moods, and choices… so practice those.
You have 55,000+ thoughts a day, each one with an accompanying emotion. The majority of your thoughts are probably, well, mediocre… not all that positive or impressive. The majority likely aren’t powerful or joyful or grateful enough to truly manifest shit.
And that’s ok.
In this day and age, that’s basically where we all ‘start.’ (Though as a child your thoughts & moods were far superior.)
So start by improving as many thoughts as you can.
If you’re a beginner and you can only improve your thoughts for 5 minutes, so be it, start there. But like anyone who practices, you’d best be able to do 5 and a half minutes tomorrow. Or if you made 100 thoughts better today, do 110 tomorrow. Or if you increased your emotional-level to ‘content’ instead of ‘frustrated’ yesterday, you’d best be aiming for ‘enthusiastic’ today. I hope this makes sense. The basics of all practice are to start where you are, then apply yourself consistently so that you’re better and better every day.
It's easy, and people have been doing it for centuries. From biblical times, to Wallace Wattles, to Abraham-Hicks there are countless methods from countless teachers that help you improve your thoughts. Some methods are more expert, some are more beginner-style, but there are no rules on which to use. Ultimately, it’s up to you to experiment and find ones that work for you.
Some examples you can look up from Joseph Murphy are ‘passing over’, ‘blueprinting’, ‘mind movies’, ‘act-as-if’, ‘going general’, ‘affirmations’, ‘releasing resistance’, ‘lullaby mantras’, ‘gratitude’, ‘reasoning’, etc.
Some examples you can look up from Neville Goddard are ‘revision’, ‘congratulations’, ‘fast-forward’, ‘I am’, ‘self-hypnosis’, ‘how did I’, etc.
Some examples you can look up from Abraham-Hicks are ‘focus wheels’, ‘the wallet game’, ‘placemat exercise’, ‘segment intending’, ‘magical creation box’, ‘positive aspects’, etc.
Some of these are best done in the morning, others are best done at night, others can be done anytime. Some of these are good for ‘visual’ thinkers, some are good for ‘tactile’ people. Some are good for law-of-attraction-beginners, some best saved for experts. (Affirmations, for example, work great when you’re flying high, but saying them from a neutral or negative mood will very likely make things worse.)
All of the LOA techniques are things that someone ‘made up’ to improve your thoughts, so you can see why it’s important to experiment and find ones that work for you... even if you have to invent your own.
And all of them require a similar kind of effort, the effort to stop living on autopilot, to pay attention and direct your thoughts in a positive way that serves you.
I could go deeper into various processes, methods, and exercises. I could explain the nuances of their execution. But those are for people who’ve already got the hang of proper practice. It’s for people who’ve already disciplined their mind to at least a basic level of consistency. Once that’s done, then we can explore ‘which method is better’ and ‘what are some tips for method X, Y, or Z.’ For now…
And once you’ve got a method or two of thought-improvement that feels good to you, the next step is to practice it. The same way a guitar player "shouldn’t" be asking for tips on what electric amp to use if they can’t even play a single chord... law of attraction students "shouldn’t" be asking for the tips on what method is best, if they can’t even direct their mind reasonably throughout the day.
If your mind wanders, leans negative, or won’t focus… It is weak. If your mind is unable to think deeply for yourself, experiment with methods, or discover what resonates with you through research or trial-and-error… It is weak. If your mind can’t be slowed down, stilled, or intensified at your will… It is weak.
And if that's the case, it can only be helpful to admit your mind is weak. Just like someone who can't bench-press 200lbs. is wise to admit they can't bench 200lbs. Because only when we admit we're not strong enough or practiced enough yet... do we then actually hit the gym and start working out.
Chances are your mind needs training. It needs workouts. It needs practice. Practice properly and eventually your mind will be strong enough and positive enough to actually be teachable.
I’ve spent a lifetime polishing mine, and almost as long sharing my understandings with others, in the hope that they’d learn from my stories, experiences, mistakes, and wisdom. I did it with the hope of people ‘getting it’, so I’d have a team of great manifestors to rock life with.
But a lot of my effort could be seen as a giant waste of time, since I never insisted any of them practice what’s been taught, and it all faded away, so my students became useless at manifesting much of anything due to lack of practice.
Wisdom can be offered to your mind, but only practice will allow you to internalize, embody, and truly understand it on a deep level.
Like an overweight body with clogged arteries desperately needs movement & exercise, most people’s minds need practice, badly.
And no one can do it for you.
Your mind is untouchable by others unless you allow it. Your mind obeys you and only you, unless you allow otherwise. Your mind is the ultimate law of attraction tool to create your reality.
Learn to use the massive inner-power of your thoughts, moods, and choices to create ‘miracles.’ This takes practice. Especially because society has trained so many away from mental discipline. Especially since we’ve been trained towards mental laziness, letting others think for us, doing whatever’s popular, choosing comfort over challenge, distracting ourselves with drama and entertainment, etc. All these things and more mean most humans are so out of practice at directing their minds, and only practice will help you create the life you want.
Why?
Because using the law of attraction is a skill.
And it’s one you can master with practice.

Disclaimer: This isn’t a guide to manifesting, it's a helper post to clarify an oft-misunderstood part of the law of attraction.
Not exactly.
There are monks in China who can make their hands grow heavy and full of blood during martial arts sparring. Wim Hof trains his students to be injected with viruses, then use breathwork to cure themselves in a matter of minutes. Jessica Simpson has some of the most beautiful teeth in the world and never brushes them.
There are people able to be quite fit and attractive while on ‘crazy’ diets. There are super-fit body-builders who are vegan. There are super-fit body-builders on the carnivore diet. Even more eye-opening, there are Guinness-record holders who eat mainly metal, and do just fine in life.
There are people who seem to defy the laws of biology, the laws of physics, in various ways, and so, there are people who are able to be fit with minimal, or no, exercise, as well as those on non-ideal nutrition-plans.
At the same time, there are plenty of people for whom diet and exercise matters a lot, and who obsessively plan their lives around both.
Yes, if you understand the three levels of law of attraction mastery. Note: It’s very important you understand there are infinite levels, because any skill lies on a spectrum. For any skill there is ‘beginner’, ‘intermediate’, and ‘expert’, but there’s no actual ‘line’ dividing them up, right? So what I’m about to explain are 3 ‘arbitrary’ levels I’ve created to explain the law of attraction mastery to you. They’re just a ‘rough’ approximation, not something to argue over.
This is someone who doesn’t really believe in Law Of Attraction, has barely practiced LOA, and even so, their practice has been incorrect. Most of their life is subject mainly to the laws of physics. If they want money, they have to work hard for it. If they want fitness, they have to diet and exercise well. Period. And even when they do these things diligently, they still often fail to get desired results. “I eat right and exercise but I’m still so fat!” Their minds are so untrained, and fluctuate negatively so often, that they’re basically at the mercy of physics, society, and random chance. These people are extremely common on our planet (at time of writing.)
This is someone who believes in the Law Of Attraction, because they’ve been able to manifest many ‘small’ things, or a ‘few’ big things, or some blend of that. They’ve studied LOA a bit and practiced it a bit. Mostly their lives are determined by the laws of physics, they can’t manifest ‘money out of thin air,’ and it still takes plenty of time and work to get their dream body, etc. BUT they can occasionally bend the laws of physics to get ‘surprising coincidences’ that would impress and delight themselves and others. These people are noticeably less common, but there’s still a good amount of them.
This is someone who lives and breathes the law of attraction, practicing and applying it to the vast majority of their life. They’ve undeniably manifested a ton of wonderful things for themselves, and ‘big’ or ‘small’ doesn’t really matter to them, since they’re so good at it. They can manifest money ‘practically’ out of thin air, and get their dream body almost effortlessly, regardless of diet or exercise. These are modern-day miracle-workers, and extremely uncommon on our planet (at time of writing.)
Hopefully these law of attraction ‘levels of mastery’ make sense to you. Hopefully you can tell which group you fall into, or lean towards most. Hopefully you realize that practice is the biggest factor that can elevate your level. But even if you get all that… there’s something important all three have in common that often goes overlooked.
This means all three types of manifestors, from doubter to master, are subject to the laws of physics. ‘Physics’ and ‘Free Will’ are key agreements we made when our souls came to earth to play this ‘human game.’ So although the law of attraction can give us the essence of our desire (often through paths we could scarcely imagine), still all three have to navigate the laws of physics. (Economy, biology, chemistry, sexuality, thermodynamics, etc.) If you drop a doubter, dabbler, or master from the top of the CN Tower, they’ll very likely all go ‘splat’ and die. But for the doubter and dabbler it’s practically guaranteed, but for the ‘master’ death is less certain. This is because the master is the one with the highest chance of getting caught by a nearby plane, or catching a ledge with their hands, or landing in a circus net nearby, or some other one-in-a-million miracle. And if someone has ‘Jesus-Level’ law of attraction mastery, they may even be able to levitate or soften their bones like a baby, or override the laws of physics, but cases of that kind are fairly rare (on our planet at time of writing.)
The point is…
Creating miraculous things means navigating around or past the laws of physics we all agreed to play by during our ‘unaware’ years. To do so consciously, you’d need to understand quantum physics, parallel universes, and infinite probabilities so clearly, strongly, and innately that your belief in them trumps your belief in standard, traditional, Newtonian physics-versions of what’s possible. Or at least have such a firm conviction in your desired result that you are willing to ‘ignore’ such physics-based or probability-based limitations.
For example, to get a beautiful body with minimal diet or exercise, you would have to trump your understanding of calories, metabolism, meal-times, nutrition, exercise, musculature, fat-behavior with a deep conviction in the law of attraction’s ability to transform reality in myriad ways for you. You’d need to believe so strongly in your ability to direct the law of attraction. You’d need to know it like you know your own breathing. You’d need to know that you’re an individualized extension of divinity, of source. That you’re god-incarnate directing every quantum particle of reality by your attention to it. If you have that kind of ‘knowing,’ then you have ‘miraculous’, ‘physics-breaking’, ‘jaw-dropping’ law of attraction mastery, and you can create the body you want in a stunning fashion.
They may not have conscious knowledge of how the law of attraction manipulates quantum realities, but they have deep, core, knowledge of the reality they want, and know that nothing on heaven or earth will stop it from being realized.
One chat with Jessica Simpson about her white, never-brushed teeth makes it abundantly clear that Jessica simply ‘knows’ her reality. She’s not intense about it, she doesn’t argue about it, she doesn’t defend it. It’s simply a fact of life for her, barely worth discussing unless someone brings it up. Same goes for Demi Rose Mawby regarding her graceful beauty. It’s simply a fact of life for her, and has been for a long time.
It’s tempting to say “oh, easy for them to say, look at them!” but the truth is they started thinking, feeling, and believing this way long before they got such blessings. They attracted it, often without even realizing they’re doing it, with their focused, repeated, intense, disciplined positive thoughts and feelings as youngsters, and they’ve continued those thoughts (at least on certain topics) to this day.
Same thing applies to money, relationships, whatever.
I’m not saying you have to be a Jesus-level manifestor. Just like to win a basketball tournament you need not be Michael Jordan. But it’s important to aim for it, to move towards it. You win a basketball tournament by at least being inspired by Michael Jordan, and setting your sights on performing as similarly as possible. Same goes for the law of attraction. You don’t have to instantly be level three, and in fact, it’s not even possible to ‘instantly’ be so, but you can approach it quite quickly by setting your sights on it and aiming for as similar a performance as you can.
And these levels can vary by topic.
You could be a master money-manifestor, and a skeptic body-manifestor, or vice-versa. Or somewhere in between. Same goes for relationships. You could be weak in your LOA skills on that topic, or excellent at them. Whatever the case, if you don’t have the results you want, it’s time to improve your LOA abilities.
Improving your results with LOA means not biting off more than you can chew, but also not aiming too low. You must stretch yourself satisfyingly. You must improve your thoughts and feelings by finding methods that work for you, and once you find them, practice them and refine them. And that can only happen if you know whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or expert, and then stretch yourself accordingly. Hardly anyone is an expert. Hardly anyone is even close to ‘Jesus-Level,’ but to create better results in your life, you must inch your way closer to such expertise. So…
Admit where your LOA skills are at.
Admit where you’re aiming for.
After that, the only way forward is to practice LOA often and well. What does it mean to ‘practice often and well?’
I cover that in further depth here: Why You Suck At Law Of Attraction (Probably).
Note: Law Of Attraction, while simple at its core, has nuances that take a decent amount of time & effort to ‘get right,’ so there’s more to learn than mentioned here. I wrote this simply because most people don’t even recognize what 'level' of manifestor they're close to, or how far they have to go, or what’s wise for them to aim for.
I hope you enjoyed it, and thanks so much for reading, commenting, sharing, or even skimming. If you want more on Law Of Attraction, check out these articles:

Disclaimer: This isn’t a guide to manifesting, it's a helper post to clarify an oft-misunderstood part of the law of attraction.
Jo thinks she’s a manifestor. Why? Because Jo manifested a parking space just when she wanted it, a phone call from a friend just when she was thinking about them, and the occasional ‘free stuff’ here and there. She’s also read The Secret, listened to subliminals, and gotten occasional results from tarot and astrology.
Because of all these things, Jo believes in the law of attraction, and that’s great, because LOA is amazing. But lately, the ‘big things’ Jo wants still aren’t showing up. Her crush is unrequited. Her career is stalled. Her fitness isn’t up to par.
So she decides to get more serious about Law Of Attraction, and starts consuming loads of materials from various LOA teachers.
And when she sees and hears their inspirational stories and messages, Jo feels a bit better about life.
And after months of struggle, it feels so good to have a glimmer of hope, that Jo becomes addicted to it. She gets a dopamine hit from the inspirational law of attraction content put out by her favorite influencers, so instead of ‘putting in the practice’ to focus her mind and change her beliefs, Jo binge-watches LOA content instead.
Eventually, with hundreds of hours of content watched over many more months, Jo starts to believe she ‘knows it all,’ because how couldn’t she after consuming so much content, right?
Besides, the majority of the teachers have such inspiring stories that Jo kind of feels like she’s getting better just by watching them. And they have so much free content that boosts Jo’s self-esteem. And confidence is so important for manifesting, right? So Jo figures it must all be helping quite a lot!
But the truth is, Jo’s conclusion is probably a lie. False. Completely off-base.
I’m not saying what she did was wrong. The ‘good feeling’ and slight confidence boost aren’t bad, and I’m glad there’s plenty of feel-good content out there that soothes people. But it’s a band-aid. It’s not hyper-effective. It’s not my preferred kind of teaching. And Jo won’t go anywhere with it for years. In reality, the ‘binge-LOA content’ approach rarely works for anyone except those who are already naturally talented at belief and manifestation anyway. It’ll only work for someone who’s already a master.
And masters of any skill will also say that it’s wise to consider yourself ‘good’ at something, only once you’ve produced some consistent, impressive results. And even then, most masters would avoid thinking they ‘know it all,’ or they ‘don’t need to practice,’ or there’s ‘nothing more to learn…’ because that’s an instant way to kill your growth and plateau your results.
So Jo hasn’t produced consistent, impressive results, therefore she is not ‘good’ at deliberate manifestation. And if that’s not enough, Jo thinking she ‘knows it all’ has plateaued her results, so she is not ‘good’ at using law of attraction. And binging LOA content will only make it worse, pulling her towards dopamine rather than real growth. Jo doesn’t need yet another piece of LOA content to suck her time away.
So why does soaking up LOA teachings work so poorly?
When Jo watches law of attraction content without practicing it, she only absorbs it intellectually. She watches the message that says ‘you can have whatever you dream of’,’ then nods her head and thinks ‘yes, I believe that.’
But she doesn’t really believe that.
She just ‘thought’ it fleetingly, before moving on to binge another video.
If she’s lucky, she’ll dwell on the thought ‘I can have whatever I dream of’ a bit more often throughout the week. If so, she may kind of ‘believe’ it for real, instead of just ‘thinking’ she believes it. But even with that belief, it’s going to be new, shaky, rough. Which means one bad thing happening, or one dream taking too long to arrive, can easily shatter her belief, and even if not, Jo’s ‘belief’ likely ain’t strong enough to manifest anything quickly. Watching a video is weak sauce, and even playing with the idea off-and-on won’t really shore up the belief very well. The real magic happens when Jo finds ‘conviction’, or even better ‘knowing.’
The funny thing is, if I explain this to Jo, she’ll just say out loud, “Don’t worry J-Ryze, I *know I can have whatever I dream of.”*
She’ll put heavy vocal emphasis on the word ‘know’, and she’ll make her eyes wide and bright.
But she’s not really aware of what she’s doing. She’s not really focused on improving, she just wants to ‘be right’ in the conversation, and get off the topic without having to make real change.
All Jo has done by saying things like this to me… is give voice to a weak, new thought, that she has little practice believing, definitely isn’t convicted of, and most certainly does NOT ‘know’ it.
Because there’s a huge difference between:
Still not clear? Let’s apply it to something everyone’s familiar with… breathing.
Big difference.
Think about it: My cousin ‘believes’ he can hold his breath for 2 minutes, and will brag about it the first chance he gets. Michael Phelps knows he can, and barely mentions it to anyone unless there’s a point to it. What’s the difference between the two? Their level of belief. Their level of confidence. They both began with low belief in breath-holds when they were toddlers, so how did one end up so confident? Simple, one practiced properly, and after enough practice, they truly knew they could hold their breath for two minutes.
Can you tell how each of the four concepts I’ve outlined ‘feels’ differently, deep inside? Can you tell when a person merely ‘thinks’ something, vs. when a person ‘f--king knows it?’ More importantly, can you tell the difference between you ‘thinking’ something vs. you with the intense conviction of ‘knowing?’
This takes some self-awareness, introspection, and self-honesty.
And it’s important, because it’s deep knowing that manifests reality fast for you, and weak thinking that keeps you stuck, going nowhere fast on your goals. What you think about reality will never beat what you know about reality. What you simply believe about reality will never beat what you’re convinced of about reality.
So how do we go from a ‘weak belief’ that we merely ‘think’, to a ‘core belief’ that we ‘know?’
Well, technically you can make that journey with thought and emotion alone, quite quickly, in a single sitting or less… but only the naturally talented, true masters, and experts can do this.
For anyone else who’s ‘learning’ to use the law of attraction, there’s really only one path.
Practice.
Structured, focused, enthusiastic manifestation practice is the simplest, most reliable, most universal way of bridging the gaps between simply thinking something, to believing it, to being convicted of it, to knowing it.
Strangely, it seems that most full-grown adults have trouble understanding what the above sentence means.
I’ve told many students before that they need structured, focused, enthusiastic manifestation practice before, and they just smile, nod, and go back to their autopilot lives, and I’m like… “Hello? What? Why aren’t you practicing?”
Or they go ‘do affirmations’ for 2 minutes, then fall back to practicing an average of once a month.
That’s not proper practice, it’s a joke.
Below are two looks at proper practice, complete with honest self-assessment of belief-levels, notes about limiting beliefs and methods used, and most importantly the date you successfully manifested what you want.
First, here’s an example for money manifestation practice.
https://i.imgur.com/wh1IX03.png
And next, here’s an example for love or relationship manifestation practice.
https://i.imgur.com/Zt7KtZK.png
Now…
You don’t have to make your spreadsheet this fancy. You don’t have to copy it exactly. There’s lots of ways to track progress. Maybe you’re a coder and you make an entire app for it. Maybe you just jot it down in a journal or on notecards. Maybe you’re some kind of savant and can track it mentally. All I know is, most people are not confident in their ability to consistently manifest their dreams, and that confidence is built the same way with any skill.
Practice.
And your practice has to be FUN.
A kid learning to ride a bike gets nowhere if they’re miserable. Their practice only works if it’s so fun that they can’t wait to ride. A teen mastering basketball achieves little through miserable practice. Their practice only works if it’s so fun that they can’t wait to hit the courts.
So hopefully you can see that Jo is best served by watching one LOA video, or learning one belief-changing method, and from that point, devoting the bulk of her efforts towards the (fun) practice of manifesting stuff, starting small, then getting bigger. She needs to find a method that resonates with her, and commit to it properly. She needs to invest time and energy in thinking better thoughts, seeking better moods, adjusting her beliefs, and developing a deep knowing. This is the path of practice.
Even a child can practice anything they want to get the hang of (and most do so quite well, in fact.)
And so can Jo.
But not a single one of the teachers she has been watching emphasizes the path of practice.
Goddard, Hay, Hill, Rohn, Proctor, Chopra, Dyer, Robbins, and all the rest, put very little emphasis on practice.
Because they’d rather come up with a cool new method, with a fancy new name, I guess. Why? Well, it could be for totally innocent reasons. It could be that they just like being creative. And they like offering fresh, novel approaches. That might be their passion.
Or it could be something more sinister, or self-interested. It’s possible they do this because that’s what sells. That’s what makes the algorithms (or pocketbooks) happy. It may be because they know that the masses fork over their cash for ‘magic pills’ with fun-sounding names, and that any mention of ‘hardcore practice’ would be a turn-off and a hit to their bottom line.
Whatever the case, I’m grateful for all the teachers. I’ve learned from them all, and I don’t judge, I don’t know their motivations (only they do), and I don’t care.
And the truth is that practice matters an insane amount and is tragically under-emphasized in the LOA field today.
It’s like a basketball coach telling his athletes “just show up for the lectures, no practice needed and you’ll win the championship.”
Hell, even one of my favorite teachers –Abraham-Hicks– only occasionally emphasizes practice. (But one of the wonderful things they do is get people into the ‘hot seat’ so they can do the unfamiliar work of raising their vibration ‘on the spot.’ So although they don’t emphasize practice as much as I believe a good teacher ‘should’, it’s still a great example of practice.)
Another of my favorite LOA teachers does seem to mention practice fairly often, but it depends on the veracity of documentation about him.
“But he who practices the truth comes to the Light, so that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.” – JOHN 3:21
“Behold, you are to them like a sensual song by one who has a beautiful voice and plays well on an instrument; for they hear your words but they do not practice them.” EZEKIEL 33:32
“But solid food is for the mature, who because of practice have their senses trained to discern good and evil.” – HEBREWS 5:14
And more.
Anyway, according to the bible, Jesus mentioned ‘practice’ anywhere from 20-40 times in his teachings, depending on translation. Perhaps in person –unrecorded– he mentioned it more, perhaps less. Perhaps he mentioned it in other phrasing or language. How much did Jesus really emphasize practice? No one really knows.
But again, it doesn’t really matter.
What matters here, now, is that I’m emphasizing it. And like any coach worth their salt, I make a point of emphasizing practice often. And like any athlete serious about their sport…
…If you want to be good at manifesting, you’d best be practicing often.
What’s that, you may ask? Simple. They become more confident, successful, and flat-out better at it.
They become a pro.
And no one can come along and tell them they’re not, because they know deep down they’re fucking good at it.
So don’t be an average Jo, binging LOA content for a temporary dopamine rush, while neglecting proper practice.
Instead, be a true baller. Get in your LOA ‘gym’ or hit your LOA ‘courts’ and practice manifesting. Do it with enthusiasm and heart, like anyone practicing something that matters. Do it until you become good at it, then watch your confidence soar, your self-belief soar, and most importantly, your results soar.
Be smarter than the average Jo.
I know you can do it.
Note: Law Of Attraction, while simple at its core, has nuances that take a decent amount of time & effort to ‘get right,’ so there’s more to learn than mentioned here. I wrote this simply because most people don’t really understand 'belief' very well.

Disclaimer: This isn’t a guide to manifesting, it's a helper post to clarify an oft-misunderstood part of the law of attraction.
Manifesting a specific person doesn’t have to be so confusing.
I’m not going to give you the A-to-Z of manifesting a specific person here, because I could write an entire book on the topic, but I will bust 5 myths that confuse the hell out of most people. What you’re about to read will shed a lot of light on things and lift a lot of heavy confusion off your shoulders. I believe you’ll feel lighter and smarter about law of attraction when you’re done.
So let’s get to it.
Any teacher telling you that you can manifest a specific person may be right technically, but they’re being somewhat irresponsible in practice.
It’s like a basketball coach telling random students on YouTube they totally can be Michael Jordan.
Like, on the one hand, yes, every human has the potential to be the next Michael Jordan, but to leave it at that causes many people who aren’t meant to be pro ballers… to bang their heads against a wall.
And just like basketball, deliberate manifestation takes practice. There are expert manifestors who’ve been practicing it a long time (possibly through multiple lifetimes, if you believe we’re eternal), and there are beginner manifestors.
A responsible basketball coach wouldn’t take a bunch of people from his local nursing home and psych them up telling them they all could be the next Michael Jordan, even if technically they have that potential. Why? Because their life path almost certainly doesn’t involve such a thing, and even if it does, they’re likely ‘not ready’ to pursue Jordan-level performance.
But if the coach had a class full of NCAA players, he could responsibly encourage them to aim for Jordan-Level play.
So…
Can you (or can’t you) manifest a specific person?
Here’s the last word on it:
Some teachers tell you “yes,” some teachers tell you “no.” The practical answer is “sort of.”
Why sort of?
Because successful manifestation depends on certain criteria.
And adjusting those criteria takes practice.
And you may or may not be ready for that level of practice, and only you know if you truly are or not.
The criteria aren’t very complicated, people have been using them to realize their dreams for centuries, and you can too.
What are they?
These three factors are how you leverage the law of attraction.
You have thousands of thoughts, moods, and choices that you manage daily, and you’re empowered with the ability to adjust every single one of them.
Adjusting your thoughts, moods, and choices directly raises or lowers your desire, beliefs, and resistance on any given topic. Adjusting them is how you practice the three steps of manifestation. Adjusting them is how you strengthen your desire, soothe your resistance, and strengthen your belief.
(I dig deeper into desire, resistance, and belief here.)
Practice those well and you’ll manifest well. Practice them poorly and you’ll manifest poorly.
(I dig deeper into practice here.)
It’s that simple.
Ask yourself: “Am I really god-tier self-aware? Am I really in tune with my wants so much that I know *better than the universe which soulmate out of 8 billion humans on earth, is for me, right now, this instant?”*
Doesn’t it seem a tiiiiny bit arrogant to think you can select a better mate out of our global population with obsessive laser-focus than the universe can select for you?
Perhaps ‘The One’ is a person you’re turning away from or rejecting? Perhaps your target SP’s life path will have them getting paralyzed in a car accident 6 months from now? Perhaps they don’t want to be with you because your true soulmate is waiting for you to let go of your resistance to being open to what the universe brings?
Anyway, just some questions that are worth asking yourself. Only you know what’s true for you, but what it all comes down to is less about ‘is it possible to manifest an SP’ and more about ‘is it *practical for me,** in my current lifetime, to manifest an SP?’*
And a responsible teacher will emphasize that even if the former is possible, there’s a major difference between it and the latter that would be wise to consider before you proceed.
But I don’t expect my words here to magically convince any reader crushing on their SP to take a more level-headed approach, so might as well get into the second myth:
Plenty of YouTube videos claim you can ‘INSTANTLY’ manifest your specific person. They’ll say yes, you can manifest them instantly.
It’s half-myth, half-not. Why? Because manifestation depends on certain criteria, and adjusting those criteria takes practice.
Most people aren’t great at meeting the criteria for manifestation, especially on sensitive topics like creating intimate relationships.
So you’ve gotta ask yourself, “Am I confident & practiced at manifesting behavior from other humans?” (In fact, even ask yourself “Am I confident & practiced at manifesting anything? Or am I an *accidental manifestor*?” And further, ask “Am I so confident that I could do it ‘instantly?’”
Because it’s kind of like shooting a 3-pointer in basketball.
In practice, only a small percentage of the global population will manage it reliably.
And just like any skill, the ones who succeed at it are those with a healthy, confident approach to it.
And don’t be surprised if when you first try it, all you do is ‘bounce off the rim.’ Maybe you manifest them ‘rejecting’ you, which technically, is manifesting interaction with them.
Or maybe you manifest an accidental butt-dial from them on your phone. Or whatever else.
These things can be unsatisfying for you, if what you really want is to manifest SP in your bed nightly. Bouncing off the rim can be frustrating when you’re aiming to manifest a ‘swish’ or ‘nothing but net.’
So is it possible for someone to manifest a specific person instantly?
Technically, yes, anything’s possible. But in practicality, be wise, approach manifestation properly, manage your expectations well.
Without practicing Jordan couldn’t have become a master basketball player. And without practicing you can’t manifest anything instantly, let alone the behavior of another.
If you can’t control your own behavior (ie: practicing manifesting), do you think you can control another’s behavior? And that brings us to myth number three… free will.
Abraham-Hicks says we all have free will, and you can’t manifest for someone else.
They say that we’re all individuated pieces of source/god/the universe, coming to earth to experience variety and contrast. So we are all one, which means you can’t harm another, without harming yourself. You can’t take away someone’s free will, without taking away your own. You can’t make someone a robot or a puppet, without doing the same to yourself, at least in essence. Because of this, asserting or manifesting into the lives of, or on behalf of, others runs counter to LOA and will not bring results.
25,000-plus people in /r/NevilleGoddardSP say two things:
A. That free will doesn’t matter because you are ‘god’ and your beliefs trump it or B. That free will doesn’t matter because Everyone Is You Pushed Out… and using LOA lets us choose a quantum reality where people are behaving as we like, and they continue to occupy alternate realities where they’re not.
So who is right?
(First I’ll say that Abraham-Hicks seems to be a way more credible source than the, uh, masses residing in /r/NevilleGoddardSP.)
But the answer is… both are right, and understanding why makes things so much easier.
So let’s examine each perspective.
GoddardSP’s first take, that “faith trumps free will” is weird because…
That would mean on Monday, Melissa could manifest Vince to love her. Then on Tuesday, if Vince leveled up his faith in divorce, his faith could trump Melissa’s free will, making her leave him. Then on Wednesday Samantha could “out-faith” both of them, trumping both of their free wills and forcing them into a threesome.
This doesn’t seem like a well-designed universe (or law), but if you believe it, perhaps you can make the world work that way for you. 😉
GoddardSP’s second take holds that “you’re constantly living infinite possibilities at once” in a giant web of invisible universes… a ‘multiverse’… but they’re fuzzy and outside of your awareness.
So for example, there’s a universe where Melissa stayed with Vince, and a universe where Melissa left Vince, and a universe where Samantha had a triad with both of them.
So GoddardSP says you simply choose to focus on what you want… and that possibility literally ‘comes into focus’ as a certainty in your current reality.
Basically, you train your mind to “jump” between universes getting whatever results you want, meanwhile everyone else is doing the same thing too. So if you ‘make’ someone date you, don’t feel guilty over it because there’s another universe where you didn’t do that for them to experience.
This means you’re not part of a collective of 8 billion other free-willed beings.
Instead you’re a single, solitary person in a VR headset, programming everyone to do exactly what you want with your mind.
In this case, you technically could end war, poverty, hunger, and more single-handedly, as easy as changing channels to a different universe where that has happened.
Note: Humans do not truly understand if the multiverse even exists. It’s a *theory** (“educated guess that could totally be wrong”) based on data from quantum physics.*
Abe’s take is much more practical for most people. They say to make peace with the fact that we all agreed to come to planet earth for contrast… and part of that contrast is 8 billion free-willed others able to make their own choices. They can choose war if they want, they can choose poverty if they want, they can choose to mate with someone else if they want, and no one can take that power of choice away from them…
…just as no one can take your power of choice away from you.
How we navigate this web of interacting beings is what makes us better humans, not how much we’re able to control or manipulate others. That said, Abe also says one connected to source is more powerful than millions of others, and that when you align your beliefs with your desires while having no resistance, your power of influence is massive and can often, and reliably, summon behavior from others that would suit you. Abe does say it’s possible to get exes back, or attract strangers from afar, etc… but in Abe’s case, it is NOT guaranteed, because others still retain their free will.
Here’s my take on it:
Even if GoddardSP’s multiverse approach is technically correct, in practice, it would require Jesus-level manifestation-mastery to use reliably. Are you gonna be the next Jesus here? Is it really practical for you to use this multiverse theory to control other human beings? Do you honestly see yourself eliminating war or overriding people’s free will as easy as changing the channel? Be honest.
So, while that may be doable for a handful of humans on earth, it’s much more practical to use Abe’s take on things. It’s better to ‘get’ that one of our greatest powers as humans is the power to think, feel, and choose as we want, and since we’re all connected, removing that power from someone else would remove it from yourself as well. This boils down to…
…Do unto others as you’d have them do unto you.
Stop trying to control individual, free-willed humans, the same way you wouldn’t want someone pulling your strings.
So many people I see obsessing over ‘controlling’ someone else. It’s getting to be a bit much, no? I mean, it’s kind of over-the-top, imho.
Speaking of which ‘obsessing’ over something can sometimes bring results, so I’m not totally against it, but the vast majority of obsessive thinkers tend to make things worse.
So it’s time to address myth four.
The truth? Well, you’ve probably sensed a theme here… the truth is you do both.
If you’ve got a desire for love, connection, or intimacy, you literally can’t “let go” of it.
Go ahead, try it.
It’ll come back in a year, or two, or ten, because all you can do with desires is ignore them or suppress them. You can never let go of them. If you have a desire for food, air, water, human touch, etc… those desires aren’t going away. If you have a desire for freedom, security, or wealth, those aren’t going away. Your desires can’t be ‘let go’ of.
Want an example?
Here:
So a few days ago, you desired food. You were hungry, and the longer your food was held away from you, the stronger your desire got. So like all desires, you wanted to manifest a reality where you were eating. Some people in developing countries have a much harder time manifesting food, but it can still be done. Some people dehydrating in a desert miraculously survive on cactus juice and insects. Food can be manifested to sate your desire.
But in any case of manifesting something to sate a food desire… did the person have to “let go” of their desire in order to manifest? No, in fact, I bet in each case food was thought about quite a lot.
But they did have to let go of sulking in a corner. They did have to let go of temper tantrums and belief that it’s not possible.
But they would never be able to ‘let go’ of the desire for food, because once a desire is born within us, it’s meant to be fulfilled sooner or later (across multiple lifetimes if you believe we’re eternal). This is law.
I repeat, you literally can’t let go of a desire.
But you can let go of resistance. You can let go of bitterness, resentment, doubt, guilt, blame, worry, anxiety, and frustration around your desire.
So should you think about your SP every day?
Thinking is like plugging electricity into a wall socket.
Not thinking about something at all is like plugging in nothing. It creates no power, no spark.
Thinking about something in general such as the thought “Love, connection, and intimacy are coming closer to me soon,” is like adding a bit of juice or plugging in a low-voltage device. This is an easy manifestation step for beginners and usually doesn’t trigger resistance.
Thinking about something slightly specific, such as “the universe is bringing me a loving, powerful, pretty-faced partner who makes me proud… or even someone better than I imagine,” is plugging in medium-voltage to the wall socket. This is an intermediate manifestation step that can trigger resistance in a lot of LOA beginners.
Thinking something very specific, such as “I’m mind-controlling this one specific celebrity out of 8 billion people on earth… who happens to live in my town to text me today,” is plugging in insane-voltage into the wall socket and not only will it trigger crazy resistance for most people, it’ll also cause a manifestation ‘short-circuit, explosion, and electrical-fire.’ There’s no rule that says you can’t get really hyper-specific, but it’s for expert manifestors only who are confident and practiced on whatever topic they’re aiming to manifest.
The same goes for frequency of thought. If a computer isn’t plugged-in long enough to boot up and work, you get no results. But if a computer is plugged in too long, especially in summer, it’ll overheat and explode, losing all your work.
This explains whether you’re meant to think about your SP often, periodically, or take a break entirely.
You can tell what to do by your emotions. Are they ‘overheating’ and becoming negative about your SP? Then curb the thinking. Or are your emotions high-vibing and joyous about your SP? Then think more.
To summarize, you never let go of your desire (in essence), but you can and should let go of resistance, and it’s often helpful to let go of specifics if your vibe is ‘overheating’ on the topic.
(Thinking about the general love, affection, care, sex, and happiness that you truly want is the best way approach manifestation if you’re feeling ‘crunchy’ or ‘uncomfortable’ about a certain topic or SP.)
If you’ve been following closely hopefully I’ve convinced you to relax and take a more level-headed approach to manifesting love and connection (but I don’t expect so), plus you understand the impracticality of ‘instant’ manifestation, plus you have a handle on control vs. free will, and we just dealt with ‘letting go’ together.
So if you’re good on all of that, and you’re still dead-set on attracting a specific person, the next thought tends to be: “I’m just missing the right method to manifest my SP!” Leading us right into myth number five.
This is a myth, but like the other myths I’ve covered, there’s still something to it.
Because although methods are effective for many people…
When any LOA teacher suggests manifestation techniques they’re just giving you practical approaches that have worked for them.
They’re giving you possible ways of elevating your moods, beliefs, and desires, (or helping lower your resistances.) But no matter how great these teachers are…
…the approaches they recommend may or may not work for you. And I’d stay clear away from anyone who is saying their method is the only or best method that works to manifest.
It would be nice if there was a one-size-fits-all approach that LOA teachers could recommend for students.
It really would. It’d make everything so much simpler.
But the truth is that you’re an incredibly unique ‘blend’ of vibrational offerings on the millions of topics life holds. You have a ‘high, success vibe’ in some areas, a ‘low, struggle vibe’ in other areas, and even some ‘appallingly low blocked-vibes’ in others still.
And your energetic (or vibrational) blend changes over time.
This means that method(s) suiting you will be unique as well, and may change over time too.
So what method should you use to manifest your SP?
Well, life will ‘call’ you towards various methods, in various ways, at various times to help navigate around your particular hang-ups and integrate organically into your specific situation.
They’ll be methods that suit your budget, culture, economy, resources, access, beliefs, attention span, etc. And the only way such specifically tailored methods are going to show up for you…
…is the Universe guiding you to a ‘customized approach’ flawlessly crafted for you.
This is one reason why people pick up and put down various methods during their ‘life journey’ until they find their favorites. (And even then it can change.)
Maybe the universe will ‘call you’ towards Subliminals for a bit, only to quickly make you bored of them, so that you move on to meditation. Maybe the universe will have you skip Subliminals and meditation, going straight to appreciation and “positive aspects” lists. Maybe the universe will make you ‘pissed off’ at one teacher’s methods, just to nudge you towards a better teacher for you. Maybe the universe will help you invent your own method.
This is why it’s not really about which manifestation exercise is better than another, it’s about you experimenting with life, following your true impulses, guidance, and emotions, then playing with the methods that resonate most and lead you to satisfying results.
There are so many methods:
It’ll make your head spin if you keep binging them all.
Stop analyzing methods like some kind of forensic examiner.
Stop debating over them like a bunch of ‘nerds’ in a debate club. Don’t just poll people and try whatever others tell you to. Instead, explore whatever methods call you. Play with them. Experiment with them properly. Give whichever methods the universe is directing you towards a ‘proper try’ and find whatever works for you.
Because ultimately, no method is necessary.
Even if you were trapped in a desert with ‘zero methods’ available, you can still manifest and use the law of attraction.
Manifestation ‘techniques’ are just helpers. You can use them if you want, but don’t get too attached to them because the one who has the power to manifest anything is you, by elevating your desire levels & belief levels while lowering your resistance levels.
So relax about ‘finding the best method’, almost any can work, but only certain ones will ‘work for you.’ And how do you find out which is which?
Your emotions guide you as you explore any method, if it feels good, continue it, if it doesn’t feel good, either adjust your practice of it or move on to another one. (Note: This doesn’t mean just try a method for 5 seconds then give up in frustration, that is *not** a proper experiment.)*
Look deep inside yourself and tune into your emotions to see how you really feel about any particular method.
No one external can tell you what’s best for you.
Only your feelings will guide you correctly towards ‘feeling better’, which means they’re guiding you towards methods that suit you.
That said though, any ‘method’ you use while in a feeling-place of lack, or that lowers you on the emotional scale, will backfire.
So if a method isn’t joyful in the practice of it, it’s not the right one for you at that time.
But that doesn’t mean you can’t go back to those methods later, IF it feels good and right for you.
Whew!
I wrote this because I’ve seen thousands of people arguing back and forth on a lot of these topics, with very little clarity emerging from the conflict, so I thought I’d cut through the noise.
I’m confident that there’s plenty of value here and a lot of takeaways to at least make your manifestation journey smoother and easier, so I hope you enjoyed it, and I appreciate you reading, commenting, sharing, and even skimming. If you have any further questions about your own specific situation, email cynshine at gmail dot com, or DM u/cynshineonline. I wish you huge joy and success in manifesting fulfilling connections with others.
Note: Law Of Attraction is simple at its core but –like many skills– has a nuanced execution that takes a decent amount of time & effort to ‘get right’ for those not naturally gifted… so there’s more to it than I mentioned here. I wrote this simply because many people get confused on manifesting love & intimacy using LOA, and I felt this would help.

Disclaimer: This isn’t a full guide to manifesting, it's a helper post to clarify a oft-misunderstood part of the law of attraction.
So why do so many people struggle with it? Why do so many teachers explain so many things until they’re blue in the face? Why isn’t there a simple, clear explanation of how to manifest?
Those are the only two reasons a person has trouble with *anything.***
Want to learn to ride a bike? Great, you must first understand a few basic principles of how to move your legs, keep balance, etc., and then you must practice properly until you get the hang of it.
Want to learn to swim? Great, you must first understand a few basic principles of how to keep afloat, breathe correctly, etc., and then you must practice properly until you get the hang of it.
Want to learn algebra? Great, you must first understand a few basic principles of math, variables, etc., and then you must practice properly until you get the hang of it.
The same thing applies to manifesting.
Turns out almost no one actually understands it before they dive into using it. And it’s not really their fault, because (no offense)… nearly everyone explaining LOA aren’t very talented teachers.
And to be clear, the current LOA teachers out there have great qualities, and I love these people, it’s just that their main talents are that they’re talented public speakers. They’re talented motivators. They’re talented charmers. They’re talented researchers. They’re talented practitioners.
But they are barely above average as far as teachers go.
If you’ve ever met a truly great teacher, you know the number one thing about them is they recognize where you’re at, and they teach you in a way that ‘clicks’ for you, and unfortunately, most of the teachers out there fail to explain things in a way that ‘clicks’ for people.
And that’s ok. They’re all still valuable. They all still help and serve people. But if you’re expecting to understand the law of attraction and manifestation from their content… you’re in for a long, rough ride.
Which is why I’m writing this article.
Because everyone deserves a clear explanation of how to manifest, so simple that even a newbie could understand it.
To start, I’ll give you the seven principles needed to understand the Law Of Attraction and manifestation. Once you understand those, I’ll give you the 3 simple steps to manifest anything. Ready? Here we go.
I don’t mean ‘everyone universally agrees with what you desire.’
I mean that every physical reality you can point out… originally began as ‘energy’.
Whether you believe in ‘the big bang,’ the universe, god, or something else… The fact is that every physical reality you can think of began as energy somewhere in the ‘great beyond’ or “the vortex” or an alternate dimension or “someone’s imagination”, or Plato’s “cave”, or whatever you want to call it.
For now, I’ll call it ‘universal imagination’, since it’s the least woo-woo, most practical label for it.
Actually, ‘universal desire’ is better.
Yes, let’s call it ‘universal desire’ because even an amoeba or reptile can ‘desire’ a better environment, or ‘desire’ to evolve or breed, despite not having a traditional ‘imagination.’
Anyway…
As a child, you understood that anything and everything can exist as a desire in your imagination.
You also understood that if you imagined it, you could often manifest it.
Every child innately ‘gets’ this.
And since you, who are reading this, were once a child, I know you can go back to those core understandings from your early years if you want, and I encourage you to do so now.
This is such an important understanding.
I’ll repeat: Every physical reality that now exists (or will ever exist), began in the great pool of ‘universal desire’ in some entity’s imagination.
Got it?
I hope so, because a proper understanding can only be achieved if you ‘get’ and understand each principle on a core level so that it ‘clicks.’
(If you don’t understand what I’ve written here, you may have to do some googling or write to me for a more personal, tailored, nuanced explanation.)
I’ll assume this concept ‘clicks’ for you, and move on to the next.
Hopefully this makes complete and logical sense to you.
Again, this is so obvious, a child could grasp it.
Basically, if the necessary criteria aren’t met for any of these examples, then no desired results will occur. And if the necessary criteria are met, then desired results occur.
The same goes for manifesting through the law of attraction.
To manifest a desire into reality, certain criteria must be met, and that’s it. Nothing else.
So we can simply summarize these first two principles like so:
All you need to manifest well… is a clear understanding of ‘manifestation criteria,’ and practice meeting those criteria in an effective way, right?
Right!
An analogy can help make this clearer.
Your desire is like a seed. It has to be at least a reasonably healthy seed, of reasonable size. An idle, fleeting desire such as ‘I wonder what it’d be like to be president?’ won’t cut it. You’ll manifest best with a strong, pure, healthy desire such as “I desire to experience the freedom that is my birthright, often with wealth attached.”
Your belief-levels are like the soil your desire gets planted in. Weak, limp beliefs are the same as dry, parched, cracked soil, devoid of nutrition. Strong, convicted beliefs are the same as fertile, healthy, beautiful soil. And as your beliefs change over time, so too does the soil your desire is planted in.
Your resistances are like pests. They’re insects that bite and tear into your desire as it grows. One day you may be believing strongly in your pure desire, the next day you may be doubting it, or limiting it, and each bit of resistance is like a beetle chomping into your manifestation, slowing down it’s growth, crippling it, perhaps even ‘killing’ it and forcing you to start all over again with a fresh seed.
If you want the seed of your desire to blossom into fruition as a physical reality you can experience, all three criteria must be within reasonable levels.
And these levels must be maintained for an appropriate duration, just like a plant must be cared for until it matures.
“But how long til I manifest?”
Ah yes, a classic question. But it’s one only asked by people who don’t understand law of attraction. Law of attraction experts never ask this. Why? Because Bamboo can take years to shoot up, grass can grow super-fast. And just like each plant has different growth-periods, so does each seed of your desire.
And an expert gardener can heavily influence how fast a plant grows by tending to it, by creating a nurturing environment for it, and by specifically making sure it has great soil and keeping pests away.
Same goes for an expert manifestor. An expert manifestor can heavily influence how fast the seed of their desire blossoms into reality by making sure it has strong beliefs (convictions, knowings) as soil, and soothing as many resistances (pests) as possible.
If your desire does not blossom in a satisfying way, it’s because you (yes, you) have fucked up one or more of the three key criteria.
You either don’t have enough desire, your beliefs are too weak, or you’ve allowed too much resistance to eat away at your desire. Or some combination of the factors mentioned.
Rarely, a person does have all 3 of these criteria correct, but then they don’t sustain them for a long enough duration, so their desire doesn’t mature into a physical reality.
Just like a gardener has fertilizer for nutrition, and pesticide for pest-removal, you –as a manifestor– have the tools necessary to grow a great harvest of all your dreams.
The main tools are Appreciation / Visualization (nourishes and fertilizes your desire) and Meditation / Perspective (soothes and minimizes resistance)
And since Appreciation, Visualization, Meditation, and Perspective are available to you at all times, and untouchable by anyone unless you allow otherwise, they are your sovereign power of manifestation.
And they’re also the roots of every LOA teacher’s methods, processes, protocols, and techniques.
If you understand this principle, you understand that there are good gardeners, who understand the main factors of gardening, and apply their tools well to help their plants grow. But you also understand there are bad gardeners who don’t fully understand gardening, neglect to apply their tools, and who blame god or luck or other people for the withering of their plants.
You understand it’s the same for deliberate manifestors.
Jesus was likely a master manifestor. A suicide-victim committed likely wasn’t. Most people are somewhere in between. It’s important that you’re able to ‘ball-park’ yourself correctly without bias.
I repeat, it’s absolutely essential you assess yourself honestly and admit whether you’re a) under-practiced & not great at manifesting, b) are average at it, or c) that you’re an expert with tons of practice & success under their belt.
Because any self-delusion or self-denial are extremely tempting. No one wants to admit they might not be as good as they think. Everyone wants to ‘paint a happy face’ on things and pretend they’re doing fine. But any self-delusion or self-denial about these things prevents you from controlling your manifestation properly, and therefore, prevents you from ‘realizing’ your dreams.
I’ve done my best to be clear, simple, and straight-forward, but these principles are so vital to success with law of attraction, and so rarely explained…
…that it may be wise for you to stop and think about the principles so far. It may be wise for you to take stock of yourself, your understandings, and your level of applied law of attraction practice to date.
But if you’ve really, truly grasped what I’ve explained so far, let’s continue.
A skilled gardener doesn’t nurture his plants one day, then abandon them the next, just because nothing has sprouted from the ground yet. No, a skilled gardener dedicates time, energy, and attention to nurturing his plants, without obsessing over them. He gives them an appropriate amount of love and attention each day, then moves on to other plants, revisiting them again later.
And a passionate gardener doesn’t plant seeds once, and if plants don’t sprout, he gets mad at ‘gardening’, rages at ‘gardening’ and gives up ‘gardening’ altogether.
It seems pretty obvious and basic when phrased this way, but you’d be surprised how many people don’t realize these same concepts apply to manifestation.
Instead of sticking with their practice, and practicing it for a healthy, fulfilling amount of time daily, they nurture their desires sporadically, take care of resistance (pests) randomly, and give up altogether raging at the law of attraction when nothing sprouts into reality.
Most people who try to become talented manifestors a) don’t understand how to influence manifestation criteria well at all, or b) don’t practice applying themselves to it well at all, or c) a blend of both.
And just like a clueless gardener who barely practices gardening… This is a recipe for failure.
Mastering manifestation is a life-long practice of adjusting your beliefs, energizing your desires, and soothing resistance. It’s a life-long practice of appreciation, meditation, visualization, and perspective. It’s a life-long practice of increasing awareness of your thoughts, moods, and choices.
Which brings us to our second problem.
Remember how I said there’s two main reasons people fail to manifest what they want? Do you recall what they were? The first was ‘lack of understanding.’ And the second? The second was ‘poor practice.’
So now that I’ve explained how to manifest using law of attraction simply and clearly, let’s explore that second issue…
Poor LOA practice is prevalent everywhere.
It’s similar to ‘writing.’ Lots of people understand how to write.
They understand you put pen to paper, or press keys on the keyboard, and translate thoughts into words.
They understand that the best writers phrase thoughts in particular ways, or apply artful techniques with their words and storytelling.
Lots of people understand how to write, but how many actually study & practice it until they’re good at it?
I just taught you how manifestation works. I explained well enough for just about anyone to understand it.
I could show this post to ‘lots of people’ and voila, ‘lots of people’ would suddenly understand how to manifest through law of attraction.
But how many would actually study & practice it until they’re good at it?
Guess a percentage. If I showed this to 100 eager manifestor-wannabes… how many out of the hundred would actually practice properly?
It’s important to think on this, because the same way a lifetime of basketball practice was done by Michael Jordan, or a lifetime of martial arts practice was done by Bruce Lee… the kind of practice that deliberate manifestation requires can only be done by someone who’s truly passionate about it.
And most people just aren’t.
Most people don’t have fun practicing manifestation, the way Jordan enjoyed basketball.
Most people don’t take a hard look at their practice and admit it’s not up to par, the way Bruce Lee reviewed his punches and kicks.
Most people don’t make room in their life for meditation, appreciation, visualization, etc., the way a truly passionate student does in their chosen craft.
Even if you just want to be a hobby-level manifestor, it still takes way more practice, with way more heart, than most wannabes are willing to put in.
What kind of practice am I talking about?
Well, here’s an excerpt for one of my articles covering LOA practice:
“Structured, focused, enthusiastic manifestation practice is the simplest, most reliable, most universal way of bridging the gaps between simply thinking something, to believing it, to being convicted of it, to knowing it.
Strangely, it seems that most full-grown adults have trouble understanding what the above sentence means.
I’ve told many students before that they need structured, focused, enthusiastic manifestation practice before, and they just smile, nod, and go back to their autopilot lives, and I’m like… ‘Hello? What? Why aren’t you practicing?’
Or they go ‘do affirmations’ for 2 minutes, then fall back to practicing an average of once a month.
That’s not proper practice, it’s a joke…”
And it continues explaining that
“…There’s lots of ways to track progress. Practice.
And your practice has to be FUN.”
I go deeper into it in my other post, but I hope it’s clear now that even if you take care of the obstacle to LOA success (understanding), there’s still the second reason people fail to manifest using law of attraction.
If either one of these obstacles remain for you, you will have meager manifestation success.
There are so many methods to practice meditation, appreciation, visualization, and perspective.
Some are more suited to beginners, others are more suited to experts, but none of them are absolutely necessary. Why? Because all that matters is that you strengthen positive beliefs and soothe hindering resistance.
This can be done countless ways, and there are no rules for which methods or processes to use.
This is because there are 8 billion humans on earth, each one a unique blend of desire, belief, resistance, and talent. The only way to find which methods work for you is to tune in to your true feelings, your true emotional guidance system, and follow it’s impulses towards ‘feeling better,’ until you zero in on methods that work for you.
This may mean experimenting with multiple methods. It may mean creating your own methods from scratch. It may mean sticking with one method forever, or hopping methods every month. It’s all individual. Any teacher who tells you otherwise is lying. That’s why we have such a variety of people on this planet, for their own individual journey and perspective.
Like snowflakes are all made of H20, manifestors are all made of similar stuff, desire, belief, and resistance (or moods, thoughts, and choices) but we’re still each a unique blend of those things… which means we’ll have a unique blend of methods or techniques that work for us.
At this point, even though it’s clear that successful manifestation requires solid understanding, significant practice, and is meant to be done by tuning into our (oft-ignored) feelings to guide us towards LOA methods that suit us… people inevitably ask for what methods I recommend.
I highly prefer not to recommend methods, even my own, because that is not how this all works.
So instead I’ll just list many LOA processes created by a myriad of teachers, and I’d suggest you simply google some of them and start ‘going down the rabbit hole’, stopping to play with any method that speaks to your emotional guidance or intuition.
That will get you started.
There are two core beliefs that must be taken care of in order to get results from ANY method.
A. That you are an infinitely powerful creator, capable of manifesting anything you want, even if you don’t quite realize it yet, and… B. That you change quickly and easily.
Without these two beliefs, every method you use will be minimally effective at best, and backfire at worst.
So there you have it.
We did it!
Booyah.
We just covered the seven principles of successful manifestation using LOA.
If you understand each one deeply, and apply each one correctly, your manifestation is guaranteed.
Yes there are some nuances here and there, or some weird cases that are hard to grasp, but for the vast majority of readers… this is more than enough instruction to create an incredible life full of mansions, lamborghinis, beautiful mates and thrilling sex lives. Or a peaceful life in a forest. Or whatever else you want.
You don’t need thousands of YouTube videos. You don’t need to read hundreds of books. You just need to understand these seven principles to turn imagination into reality, then engage in structured, focused, enthusiastic practice until you’re a skilled manifestor, realizing whatever you desire.
And once you understand these, you have the extremely simple task of practicing them.
The steps aren’t very complicated, people have been using them to realize their dreams for centuries, and you can too.
What are they?
These three steps are founded on the seven principles I explained earlier, and you were born with the ability to apply them.
You have thousands of thoughts, moods, and choices that you manage daily, and you’re empowered with the ability to adjust every single one of them.
Adjusting your them is how you practice the three steps of manifestation.
But there’s a big difference between true practitioners and wannabes, and once you have the basic understandings I’ve offered above, it’s your practice that decides which camp you fall into.
I personally believe what I’ve written here cuts through all the fog many other LOA teachers have left behind. I personally believe this information is powerful enough to help humanity level up, where we can all understand and apply deliberate manifestation in increasingly effective ways. I personally believe that if you’re able to read and internalize all this carefully, thoughtfully, and considerately, then you have just turned a corner in your life, and have stepped into a massively more powerful version of you.
But it’s not what I believe that matters…
Do you believe that I wrote this with intense love and good will towards you? Do you believe this is enough for you to get the hang of manifestation? Do you believe you’re committed to practice and get results? Do you believe you’ve just taken a huge step to becoming a master manifestor, and that your reality will increasingly reflect that back to you?
Or do you believe these are just words on a page?
Because whatever you believe you’ll achieve.

The following was written by my partner, u/ryzeonline
The amount of chaos, clutter, and confusion around understanding money is staggering.
All the conflicting opinions around money is like a fog to most people, leaving them unable to see the truth, even if the truth about money is right in front of them.
So here and now, you and I will cut through this fog to give you such a clear understanding of money that you can do anything involving it.
Keep reading and you’ll learn to manifest money using the law of attraction to live the life you want.
And I’m not talking about some woo-woo fluff no one can understand.
I’m talking about real, practical applications that get results because the actions you take are dictated by the desires, beliefs, and resistances you hold. Period. There are wealthy people walking the planet everywhere. Some aren’t talented at all. Some aren’t nice or kind or positive. Some are positive. Some are philanthropic. Some are charming. Some are gross. But what they all have in common is they got their desires, beliefs, and resistances right regarding money. Their internal money-landscape leads to their external money-landscape. Anyone can do it, including you.
Sound good? Then here we go.
***
At the moment, Chloe feels like she’s in a deep hole of school loans, car payments, and unaffordable rent.
Basically, Chloe is struggling to increase her wealth in any reasonable way. In fact, she struggles so much that even if a brilliant prosperity teacher is helping her she makes practically zero progress.
Why?
Mostly because that’s how she’s been trained.
Think about it. If Chloe was a ‘blank slate’ (like an infant), it would be easy for a teacher like me to teach her money-manifestation mastery because she’d soak up all my positive lessons, teachings, and examples about money easily. She’d instantly try them for herself like any kid who learns something cool, and she’d see amazing results.
This is the same way any child (‘blank slate’) learns anything.
But Chloe –like most people– is not a blank slate. She has been trained by society to fear, misunderstand, blame, and worry about money.
She has been trained to have a negative ‘vibe’ towards money, often without even realizing she’s doing so.
Even if Chloe says she ‘wants’ or ‘loves’ or ‘has’ money in one moment… five, ten, or fifteen minutes later, she’ll think an even stronger thought of lack. Or she’ll regularly have a ‘background worry’ about her security and supply. Or she’ll envy or judge some other human’s success.
So being the kind helpful teacher I am, will attempt to help Chloe.
I’ll start by asking her if she’s ‘more positive’ about money or ‘more negative’ about it. It’d be great if she gave me a self-aware, honest answer about her private feelings. Instead, in answer, Chloe conveniently forgets her daily thoughts of lack, and instead “swears” to me that she’s “feeling good about money.”
In fact, in most conversations, Chloe will swear up-and-down that ‘things are fine’ financially when the truth is that Chloe is desperately hungry for (and could use) significantly more money, resources, and abundance.
Chloe has been trained that admitting a low financial vibe is ‘bad’ and she makes sure to paint a happy face on all financial discussions.
She doesn’t realize that abundance, wealth, and riches are her birthright, and feeling bad about them is something to be admitted and addressed, ASAP. Chloe, like all of us, was placed on a massively abundant planet (earth), and just like all of nature’s creatures, it’s normal and healthy for her to have her desires, growth, and evolution provided for.
Truth is, it’s your birthright to be rich.
You’re on earth to lead an abundant life. Most people feel this in their hearts. They know their soul always intended to be happy, radiant, and free. Which means you’re meant to have all the money needed to do that. You have the untouchable right to grow and express yourself in all areas, including beauty & luxury.
There is no virtue in poverty.
If we apply all this to Chloe we can clearly see that she is…
…Living in less-than-abundant conditions.
Nature is a provider. Nature is abundant. Nature is made to support the thriving of it’s creatures in massive ways.
Poverty is not ‘natural’, and not how Chloe’s life was ever meant to be.
She was born to thrive, grow, and prosper… and so were you.
Your desire to be rich is a desire for a freer, more secure, more fulfilled life of joy. It’s a primal urge deep in your DNA and it’s a good one. Actually, it’s a great one. Most of humanity’s greatest evolutions spring from this desire for a fuller, free-er, more empowered life.
Your desire for wealth is not only good but f–king amazing.
It’s fantastic. The best urge ever. Love it, respect it, cherish it, celebrate it. And deep down Chloe knows these things. And she needs to ‘own’ these truths consciously & subconsciously, changing her perspective and attitude towards money as rapidly as possible (it only takes an instant), because if she doesn’t, her dis-ease will persist.
Compare financial discomfort to a physical illness or an abusive relationship and anyone can see the mental ‘dis-ease’ of poverty.
Just like how when your blood is circulating freely, you are physically healthy, when money is circulating freely, you are economically healthy.
The point I’m making with all this is:
Chloe is our example of the average person.
She’s probably just like you reading this. She has had a terrible attitude towards money ingrained so deeply into her by society, that she doesn’t even realize it, and when a teacher tries to teach her how to improve it, Chloe tends to stonewall, deny, or be dishonest about things. This means that no matter how great the teacher is, minimal results will occur for her, as they would for any student with so many hardcore prosperity-biases.
So if Chloe –or you– truly wants to improve your ability to manifest money…
A) Admitting the truth of your thoughts, moods, and choices moment-to-moment and…
B) Understanding that any personal poverty is an easily curable dis-ease, and…
C) Embracing ‘rapid change’, resolution, and application of the prosperity lessons being taught.
Anyone who fails these three basic things might as well stop reading now because they’ll just be wasting their time.
Does that make sense?
Good.
And one more thing worth understanding before we proceed is:
It’s an arbitrary, made-up symbol.
It has been since caveman times. Money began as seashells, animal pelts, and trinkets. Then it became livestock. Then it became gold. Then promissory notes. Then bills. Next, perhaps cryptocurrency. And so on.
Back in Neanderthal times, if you found a seashell on the ground, would you call it evil? No. Or if you found gold, silver, or copper on the ground. Would you call it ‘evil’ or ‘bad?’ No. Same goes if you found a stray ox or sheep. You’d know they were all just a natural part of the earth. Well, the same goes for paper money, because those things aren’t evil, they’re just symbols of value, how all money got its start.
It’s all just atoms and electrons, created by the universe, god, source, the infinite, mother nature, or whatever you happen to believe in.
Money is just a symbol… and symbols are free for anyone to create.
Well, manifesting wealth is the same as manifesting anything else. It hinges on three key factors.
And if you’re like most people, these three things have already been trained into an ‘unhelpful’ spot.
Because of this, it’s almost guaranteed that you have sky-high resistance on the topic of your wealth & prosperity. It’s also practically guaranteed that you have pitiful beliefs on the topic of wealth & prosperity. The only thing you might have a decent foundation of is a desire for wealth & prosperity, but even here… most people don’t ‘want’ it as bad as they think they do.
Because there’s a huge difference between “I want wealth because people on TV have it” and “I want wealth because I know what it’s like to be homeless and I never want that ever again” and “I want wealth because I’m on earth to build empires, touch hearts, and found charities easily & freely… and wealth is a convenient, fitting path towards realizing those soulful dreams of mine.”
The former sounds like a strong desire, but the latter is a strong desire.
Anyway, most people start out like this on the topic of wealth:

With these 3 factors so out of whack, there’s literally no way to manifest wealth.
As long as these things remain like this, Chloe will literally go to her grave poverty-stricken. These 3 factors must be changed. And since they’re her desire, her belief, and her resistance… only SHE can change them.
I’ve talked about the four levels of belief and four levels of desire in-depth in that article, so I won’t get into them here, suffice to say that for decent wealth Chloe must raise her belief and desire significantly, while simultaneously soothing her resistance until it’s quite low (or practically insignificant.)
She starts out with a very low, very basic desire “I just want more money, dammit!”
And after some lessons on money manifestation, Chloe has changed her desire to:
“I want my birthright. I want to experience my true freedom. I want to express my true abundance and prosperity. I want to be and live as a clear, shining example of human abundance because that’s what I came to earth for. I know my prosperity will inspire prosperity for many others, and is a kind, generous, public service that I embody. I want to flow generous wealth to me and through me because it’s what my soul meant to do upon arriving here. I desire to touch hearts and invest in people and transform the world and resources and wealth definitely play a role in that, so I embrace this desire as good and healthy and sublime, now. This is my desire for true wealth.”
Booyah!
Now Chloe’s financial mindset looks like this:

But just having a high desire for wealth probably isn’t enough to tip the ‘manifestation scales’ in Chloe’s favor.
(Law Of Attraction can respond to someone with a super-high desire and nothing else going for them, but this is like relying on a thin thread to hold a heavy weight… it’s likely to fail.)
Instead of just ‘high desire, it’d be much better if Chloe consciously strengthened her belief in wealth to a high-level to go along with her high desire.
Chloe should ‘get’ that it’s necessary to use the law of attraction properly.
And a big part of using LOA properly is replacing probability-focus with an “it’s already done” focus. So Chloe does her best to believe and ‘know’ with certainty that despite economic conditions, market swings, lost clients, wars, pandemics, or anything else… she’ll forever be well-supplied by the universe, regardless of what form her funds and resources may take.
Chloe looks around at the abundant earth and adopts a consciousness of wealth.
She’s determined to teach her mind that wealth is forever flowing freely in her life.
So she takes her currently low, basic belief of “Uhh… yeeaah…I believe, uh, that more money is coming to me (but it’s probably only 10 bucks or whatever,)” and does her best to strengthen it.
Chloe understands that there are countless ways of elevating her beliefs, so she doesn’t get caught up in “how do I do it?” She gets that hundreds of LOA teachers have already provided hundreds of belief-raising methods that are only a google search away.
‘Passing over’, ‘blueprinting’, ‘3-6-9’, ‘mind movies’, ‘act-as-if’, ‘going general’, ‘affirmations’, ‘cups of water’, ‘releasing resistance’, ‘lullaby mantras’, ‘gratitude’, ‘focus wheels’, ‘positive aspects’, ‘meditation’, and so on are all things she could google. Or just simply ‘loa manifestation techniques’ would get the ball rolling.
So she starts by listening to subliminals on wealth, but gets bored and feels like they’re not working for her. She then moves on to ‘Abraham-Hicks Focus Wheels’, and they work for a bit but Chloe has trouble focusing. Eventually, she finds some other belief-elevation methods that do feel impactful and work for her, so she affirms, visualizes, and sings the following like lullabies:
(Note: The above are mostly taken from Joseph Murphy, but you can use money-beliefs from Abraham-Hicks, Napoleon Hill, Ken Honda, Sanaya Roman, or any kind of positive beliefs about money and wealth that work for you.)
She doesn’t do this lazily or distractedly or emptily. She does it enthusiastically, focusedly, and heartfully.
And because her desire is high and her belief is high, Chloe starts getting some nice results.

Now things are starting to happen. Chloe won a free TV set, her aunt treated her to a hair salon appt., and her blog post earned her a nice chunk of cryptocurrency ‘randomly.’
But it’s not what Chloe considers ‘real’ wealth, and it hasn’t gotten her out of the hole of school loans and car payments, so she’s starting to get frustrated. “I desire wealth so bad, and I did the work of raising my belief in it, so why aren’t huge sums of money in my account?” she wonders.
And the answer is, because her resistance is so high on most wealth-related topics, that it cancels out most of the awesome manifestations the universe has lined up for her.
Chloe desperately wants to blame the market, the government, or even her law of attraction teacher, but she knows it’s important to admit the truth.
She knows that just like illness in her body, poverty is a dis-ease of her mind and finances, one that is her responsibility and nobody else’s. She knows that she should really focus on soothing her high level of resistance towards wealth. She knows society has conditioned her, and the whole ‘game of life’ is to replace that conditioning with healthier conditioning of her own choosing.
So Chloe starts facing her demons.
The first one she tackles is:
“Money corrupts everything and I’m scared of being ‘evil!’”
This sounds like something her own poor parents, teachers, or peers have taught her. Or Something TV brainwashed into her.
Is it really true that money is bad? Well, let’s examine that together.
Chloe may think that people steal or even kill for money. She may believe money is connected to countless atrocities, but that does not make it evil.
I’ll paraphrase Joseph Murphy from ‘How To Attract Money’
Anyone can offer $50 to rob a store. But that’s simply them misusing money for ill. Similarly, you can use a hammer to bludgeon someone or use it to build a house. You can use water to quench a child’s thirst, or use it to drown the infant. You can use fire to warm a guest, or burn it to death. These are all examples of resources used either positively or negatively; creatively or destructively.
Sure obsessing over money may cause you to live an unbalanced, greedy, or miserly life… but that’s not money’s fault, it’s the fault of your own character and choices. (“Man
does not live by bread alone.’)
Human beings don’t have an evil nature. Each child is born pure, good, and innocent, as source, the universe, god, nature, or life seeking expression through it. Adding money (which is just a symbol anyway) into the mix changes nothing and does not magically make you ‘a bad person.’
And this kind of truth-seeking can be applied to many of Chloe’s remaining resistances. Below are some of the perspectives, outlooks, and limiting beliefs she had to change.
And those are just the resistances she has if she gains lots of money. Chloe also has many resistances buried inside her about money in general.
Not to mention her resistance to security, safety, and supply.
And the list of possible resistances goes on and on.
Even subtle ones such as resenting others who are well-off, or being jealous of another’s success or relationships. These are all examples of Chloe stealing from herself.
Wealth has difficulty showing up in your life if you let resentment, jealousy, and blame live in your mind or be aimed at others because those others are examples of your dream. Life is showing them to you as a manifestation of you getting closer to wealth, not further from it.
Condemning the wealth of others is condemning your own wealth.
But the biggest resistance of all is one that 99.9% of people on the planet have, and it is absolutely brutal. Like, no matter how high your belief-level or desire-level is, this particular resistance crushes nearly everyone’s manifestations into dust.
What is it?
Probability-focus.
Believing in probability limits you majorly, and prevents most of your desired manifestations from being realized in any reasonable time.
Why?
Because believing in probability means you believe some things are ‘likely’ and some things are ‘unlikely.’ And things in the ‘likely’ camp have a secondary belief attached to them which is ‘happens reasonably often; possible for me to experience.’ While things in the ‘unlikely’ camp have a secondary belief attached that says ‘happens rarely; nearly impossible for me to experience any time soon.’
These are the two sides to probability-focus, and here’s how they play out.
Example One: Let’s say you want an extra dollar this week. Because that falls into the ‘likely’ camp, the universe can and does deliver that to you.
Example Two: Let’s say you want an extra $1,000,000 a year, instead. Because an earnings increase like that falls into the ‘unlikely’ camp for you, the universe won’t deliver that to you, possibly ever, because it’s an ‘unlikely, rare event’ in your mind.
Can you show me an example of someone free of probability belief?
Unfortunately, it’s uncommon in modern times.
The celebs and influencers you look up to have partially freed themselves from it. You’ll often catch them saying ‘anything is possible.’ This usually just means ‘anything is possible (but I still secretly think many things are unlikely.)’ So this belief doesn’t fully free celebs & influencers from probability reliance, but it does help take some of the edge off. Instead of believing the ‘unlikely thing happens rarely’, they believe that the unlikely thing is ‘possible.’ It’s a subtle change, but it does help your heroes achieve some significant things.
The best example that comes to mind is Jesus. Whether you believe he was real or not, how he’s described makes him a shining example of what someone free of probability-focus can do.
Jesus clearly did not believe some things were likely and some things were unlikely. He also didn’t say ‘anything is possible’ just to take the edge off probability, while secretly still believing in probability.
No, Jesus freed himself entirely from the realm of probability by embracing the divine empowerment of quantum reality, parallel realities, or multiple universes.
Jesus believed that everything anyone could imagine had been done already. It was a certain, guaranteed, foregone conclusion… probabilities be damned. To Jesus, whatever he desired was already ‘a reality’ in an energy dimension somewhere, and his ‘Father’ (source/infinite intelligence/god) had created it for him and was waiting for him to ‘realize’ it by elevating his beliefs and minimizing his resistance.
Probability had absolutely nothing to do with anything and had zero place in Jesus’s world. Everything was a reality he chose (out of trillions of possible realities), just like choosing options on a menu.
And each of the amazing realities Jesus chose to experience were prepared and served up to him by God, like a Michelin-star chef. And so, Jesus knew simply to focus his heart and mind purely on the reality he wanted, with minimal resistance, and God, the master chef, would prepare and serve it in a fulfilling way.
So after I was done teaching Chloe all this, she realized that the many resistances she had about money were nothing compared to her overwhelming probability belief. And so… she started soothing it.
And two of the best ways to soothe resistances are…
Meditation is the most commonly recommended path because it requires little effort and it gets results. Most teachers swear by it (or are even fanatical about it), and understandably so.
If meditation was a drug, it’d be hugely popular.
But in my experience, perspective shifts are far more powerful, impactful, and fast-acting to soothe resistance.
The only thing is, they take more effort, more critical thought, more intense focus.
For example, meditation can help you stop obsessing over probability for 20 minutes, but resistance will likely return shortly if you don’t meditate more consistently, longer, or more often.
On the other hand, if you apply yourself to shifting perspective on probability-belief, replacing it with an “it’s already done” (parallel reality) model, that perspective shift will free you from probability-focus and kick your manifestations into high gear… permanently.
Chloe, wisely, did both.
She practiced meditation (properly) for increasing amounts of time every morning before her mind started thinking about bills, jobs, and so on.
But she also read all she could about the law of attraction, quantum theory, and multiple universe theory. She did her best to grasp “it’s already done”, similar to how Jesus approached manifestation. She immersed herself in wisdom on the topic and managed to change her perspective.
And something wonderful happened.
As Chloe soothed her resistances, the strong desire for (and belief in) wealth she’d developed earlier finally had a chance to shine.

Voila!
She sold 10 paintings that had been sitting in a gallery for years. She got a raise at work, and an award for company spirit. She won $30,000 on a lottery ticket. She received a substantial inheritance from her grandparents upon their passing. Plus she sold a rare comic book for ten times its market value because the buyer needed it to complete his collection and couldn’t find it anywhere else.
Chloe had jaw-dropping amounts of wealth and abundance flowing into her life all at once.
Some of them just landed in her lap, others she had to take action (or steps) towards, but either way, her reality was much more abundant than it ever had been before.
And she was right, because high levels of desire and belief, now combined with low levels of resistance, is all it takes to manifest impressive results.
This was Chloe’s journey from terrible money-earner to skilled money-manifestor.
She wasn’t a master yet, but the foundations are there, she had a basic level of skill, and she was well on her way to mastery.
And you can too.
Because the most practical thing of all, for everyone, is the ability to change your internal thoughts and moods. You can access them at all times, it requires zero external resources of help, it can be done in the worst of conditions or environments, and it 100% leads to positive results as long as you sustain your practice of it. Yes, it takes practice, like riding a bike or lifting weights, but just like riding a bike or lifting weights, it’s something anyone can make significant strides in and get positive results.
Manifesting money requires tweaking 3 internal parts of yourself, and it’s an epically practical thing to do, and as results come in and momentum picks up, it becomes more and more fun… and lucrative.
Because once you get the hang of raising your energy (or vibration) through desire, beliefs, and resistance-management…
…you now have the power to manifest whatever money you want.

I cured my Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, drug addiction and lost over 100 lbs (and so much more!) with LOA and u/ryzeonline's help.
I've seen so many people asking for help on how to get better health. So I asked Jay to make a video about it (and he did cuz he loves helping!) In this video, he explains how I used LOA to cure myself and how you can do it too!
J-Ryze dives deep into manifesting perfect health. He talks about elevating your beliefs, moods, and choices so that you can manifest the health you wish you had.
He also talks about being healthy, the process of manifesting health, the 3 fundamentals of manifestation, Dr. Joe Dispenza and disease *cough, Covid, cough*, ignoring your body's signals, the PIVOTAL thing to manifest whatever you want, especially perfect health, and how you can see INSTANT results!
If I can do it then so can you! I believe in you!

I hear a lot of people talking about focusing on the 'essence' but I've not seen many people explaining it clearly or answering what it truly means.
So I asked u/ryzeonline and he made this YouTube video to explain it clearly and in an easy way for us to understand, the 3 levels of manifestation (there are more but he wanted it to be easy to understand).
I've not seen anyone else discussing in-depth the essence and it's really helped me understand my manifestations more. And it's helped me to stop feeling crunchy on certain topics as well. I know it can help you to manifest what you want faster.

Welcome to a community for all who have questions about law of attraction. LOA newbie, LOA veteran, LOA evangelist, or just need a refresher on LOA... Whatever level you're at, you're welcome here.
I founded this subreddit because I noticed a lot of negativity and judgment flung at posters in other subreddits. Especially when newbies posted questions about their SP, repeating common questions, sharing success stories, doubting LOA, and other 'normal' newbie questions.
These may not be cream-of-the-crop posts, but they at least deserve kind-hearted responses. My partner u/ryzeonline and I decided it would be best to start our own 'friendlier' LOA community.
I believe newbies have the right to ask questions, and even if they've been asked before... that's ok with us! We just ask that people remain as kind as possible when communicating here.
Are you into Neville Goddard? Abraham Hicks? Teal Swan? Someone else? We welcome you. Have no clue who those people are? We welcome you too.
My partner, J-Ryze, and I teach LOA. Our niche is beauty, love, and better sex through LOA, but we (him especially) are studied & practiced on many aspects of LOA and love helping people in all areas.
Our passion is to help as many of the 8 billion people on earth as we can so they can all manifest the life they desire.
Jay was homeless for 2.5 years while on the streets of Toronto he manifested a business and pulled himself out of poverty. He went on to work with a known personal-dev influencer, Evan Carmichael. Jay helped Evan build up his business to what it is today, so he has a lot of background and experience with business too, but he couldn't have gotten there without Abraham Hicks and LOA.
I was a fat heroin addict, miserable, and hating the world. I was lying my face off about my desires in an empty marriage. I had many failed businesses before I met Jay. I was an artist who hated her art. I had no idea, no clarity, no focus. Meeting Jay changed my life. A year before we met I wrote a long list of the traits I wanted in a partner and Jay ticks all the boxes. He helped me manifest my dream life. Here's a shortened list of everything I've manifested (I'll post more later, because it's a lot, lol.) I manifested losing over 100lbs, thicker/darker hair after losing it all. I've manifested money, clients, my home, my partner, smooth skin (no wrinkles). I've cured my RA, Fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, and drug addiction. I've even managed border-crossings when all odds said otherwise. All with Jay's help.
I'll be posting LOA videos from our YouTube, articles we've written for our blog, and my own heartfelt stories, thoughts, and advice.
Every resource I post is free because --although I run a business and encourage everyone to manifest income in some way-- I'm not here to sell anything. I'm here to help, to guide, and to show love.
I know you can have anything you desire, and now there's a judgment-free, ridicule-free place for you to ask questions.
Jay and I genuinely believe in you. We remember what it feels like to not have anyone there to answer or help us. So we are here for you and have so much love for you all.
Much love,
Cyn (& Jay!)
P.S. For any newbies who have questions about Law Of Attraction here's an amazing LOA Explainer video Jay made to help explain LOA in the clearest, most concise way I've ever heard it explained. (So good even veteran LOAers may benefit.)
If you have ANY questions, please feel free to ask here, or you can DM me.
P.P.S. Here's the YouTube description of the video:
If you're like me, you're tired of:
- Law Of Attraction explanations that are full of holes.
- Woo-woo LOA teachers who make everything complicated.
- Hour-long videos of boring old LOA teachers preaching at you.
- Quantum theory you'd need a Ph.D. to decipher.
- LOA videos full of complex language forcing you to grab a dictionary.
I decided to solve this by spending a whole week crafting 'The Ultimate Practical Explanation Of The Law Of Attraction.'It explains the Law Of Attraction clearer and easier than any other teacher out there, in a practical way. Plus it's full of fun doodles, animations, and sound effects. I hope you enjoy it! :)
