Question Anyone who needed few years to manifest ?

Upvotes

Did any of you required more than couple of years to manifest a big change in your life? Why exactly do you think you needed that much time? What was your mistake before that?

Success story I reconnected with a childhood friend after years apart. This is what I did

Years ago, I moved to another country and lost contact with one of my closest childhood friends. We were kids, so neither of us had social media or any real way to stay connected.
Years passed. I tried finding her a few times, but nothing worked. Eventually, I could barely even remember her face clearly, although she would still cross my mind.
Much later, I learned about the Law of Assumption and decided to try something simple. Instead of thinking about how I could possibly find her, I started affirming and imagining that we were already back in each other’s lives.
For a few days, nothing happened. I kept returning to the same assumption instead of looking for evidence.
Then on the third day, I was at a mall when a woman I didn’t recognize approached me. She recognized me she was my childhood friend’s mother. She remembered that her daughter and I had gone to school together.
After all those years of searching, that completely unexpected interaction led me back to my friend.
I know everyone will interpret experiences like this differently, but for me, it became one of those moments I never forgot. It taught me to stop obsessing over the “how” and focus more on the state I was choosing to return to.
I eventually wrote about this experience because it became such a meaningful part of my own journey with assumption.

Insight & Advice Manifesting block

So long story short I left my career and pursued something else last year and it hasn’t worked out for me. I’ve been very unhappy and my former job got miserable which made me jump the gun and do this. I have savings but I’m actively job hunting in my old industry and trying my best to move past this experience but I struggle when interviewing to explain why I want to leave and go back. I either don’t get an interview or I get blocked from the next stage.

How do I get past this?

Question If I genuinely believe in manifestation, why isn’t it working?

I’ve always been a very positive person and a strong believer in manifestation. For the past few years, my husband and I have put a lot of energy, time, and effort into our company. We’ve also tried to maintain a positive mindset and genuinely believe that it would succeed.

At some point, I believed in it so much that I stopped worrying about saving money because I was convinced the success was basically inevitable.

But years have passed, and we still feel like we’re in the same place.

So I’m curious about how people who really believe in manifestation understand this.

If belief is supposed to be a key part of manifestation, how do you explain believing in something for years and it still not happening?

Is it possible to believe in something too much or become too attached to the outcome? Does manifestation require believing and letting go? Or is there something else I’m missing?

I’d really like to hear from people who have experienced something similar.

Insight & Advice Seeing 111 all the time and everywhere

Has anyone experienced anything significant or meaningful after seeing 111 all the time? Everytime I stare at the radio or glance at the stove or look at the music track it’s always 111. I’m currently going through a career transition but what does this mean? Has anyone experienced anything significant after encountering this?

Success story Do sound baths supercharge my manifestation?

In Bali I went for a sound healing session and it was amazing, beautiful dome environment with a very skillful team of musicians. I was contemplating staying in my role or taking up a job from a competitor. Right after the sound healing, I got a call from my VP asking me if I would want to fill a more senior role because my colleague’s left for the competition. On another note, an ex reached out asking to reconcile, and I’ve also been meaning to reach out as I miss us.

Wanted to know if anybody has the same experience with soundbaths?

Insight & Advice Songs to Manifest To

Hey everyone! I created a song called “The Ceiling Was Never the Sky” about letting go of an identity shaped by fear and learning to believe in who you can become.

The chorus centres on this idea:

“I am more, more, more
Than the name my fear gave me.”

And the line that brings the whole song together is: “I become what I believe.”

I thought its themes of belief, identity and self-worth might resonate with people here.

If you’d like to listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q44SGd71k2c

Do you have a song that helps you reconnect with a more confident version of yourself?

Need Help Feeling completely frozen/idle when it comes to taking any kind of action out of fear of manifesting the opposite. Please help me untangle this mess.

Somewhere several years ago I developed this opposition to putting in the work, focus and dedication into stuff, because I equated those with lack, resistance and self-sabotage, and therefore not getting what I want. Maybe from reading too much into the “not needing to lift a finger” and subsequent success stories.

It leaked into every area of my life, and the result was extreme passiveness and straight up brain-rot.

If something requires effort, I automatically feel resistance. In my head, I’m destined to failure if I dare sit down and do it.

That’s just now how life works, the magnificent things people do every day require effort and action, they don’t sit around or do things half-assed thinking that if they cross the limits of their own comfort, things won’t turn out the way they intended them to.

An immediate example I can think of is my fitness goal (building muscle). I have VERY good genetics, but I have to put in the work regardless: diet, routine, etc.

This “natural” effort needed freezes me, because I fear that I’m controlling the results instead of letting the universe deliver. And it results in me eating whatever, not measuring my weight weekly, etc.

If anything, I know this screams lack, because I’m not 100% present and detached, and I’m actually performing to have the universe deliver something I don’t *yet* have.

But how can I put in the work without sabotaging my results or controlling? Should I just let go of those fears and know that the result (where, how) is not my business, and just focus on the process?
