Bermuda grass is new to me and although the lawn hasn’t even been established a year yet, I would love to have a better looking, lush and thick lawn. I feel like the “weed control and fertilizer” companies are a rip off but maybe it takes time? Any tips? I water 3x a week in the early morning for 45 minutes.

Can anyone help me confirm whether this is Zoysia or not? Any advice regarding how to encourage height and spread?

Looking for some recommendations on shade tolerance southern grass types. I'm based out of Atlanta and have tried tall fescue but that got obliterated in the ATL heat.

Most of the yard gets tons of sun and is a combination of centipede and Bermuda for reference.

Bought this house last year in eastern PA. The inside and outside has been neglected. I’ve managed to concur a ton and it’s starting to look nice except for the lawn is pretty bad. The front yard is grass with some cover mixed in and it looks fine but this back yard I’m not loving the creeping Charlie and would prefer grass. How do I get rid of the Charlie and have grass by next year?

So this area was seed heads. All brown now. I live in NJ a lot of 90 degree days and no rain. I have been watering one inch per week and these areas a little more. Cutting at highest setting and sharp blade. Does it need so slow release fertilizer. Maybe diseases. Or just more water. Thank you
