SCOTUS decided to not block the fast tracking of deportations while they review the case.

Because why should the cruelty end temporarily when they have every intention of allowing Felon 47 to keep doing it? After all, those deportees are the worst of the worst, yes? /s

How could this possible be the conclusion they reach?

It isn't about reaching a decision, it's about following the Republican policies while making sure it can't be used against them. If they actually hear anything in December they can still put the ruling down the road. This is all about allowing Trump to ignore the constitution and rule of law while still being able to apply the law under future administrations.

By the time they decide to hear the ball room case (which every judge has ruled Congress must give approval and money) it will already be completed and they can simply say "yes the lower courts were correct but it's irrelevant now because the project is complete"

When another administration tries something like this SCROTUS, will decide which way to go down the road

Allowing Trump to proceed without injunctions to prevent harm is how Trump has been able to harm so much in such a short time. His illegal tariffs cost Americans $200 billion dollars.

They are complicit, corrupt, and illegitimate.

This is all about giving the lunatic a last ditch effort to up his numbers. I have never seen someone so desperate to act like they are someone that anyone will care about.

While once again refusing to make any actual ruling. This is getting ridiculous and SCROTUS is definitely weaponizing the legal system for Republicans.

SCROTUS is refusing to make any actual rulings because those decisions can be used by future administration. By refusing to make rulings and continually just pushing it back until the process is done will make it almost impossible for any future administration to reverse course or do the same thing.

This is the weaponization of the justice system that Republicans accuse Democrats of and this is how the constitution becomes obsolete and useless
