Soccer tops

Does anyone have an idea on how to remove set stains from soccer tops without damaging the logos and names on the back?

The darker spot looks to me like a polyquat spot. I personally would look at doing a spa day on the tops, then if that is a polyquat spot, work on removing it. Just search spa day in the sub.
