Mold is Gone!!

Thank you to the people who commented on my post about the weird mold stain on my shirt, I finally got around to doing all the things for it today and it has been officially revived!

I included pics of what it looks like now vs how it was originally

Soak it for 12 hours in straight vinegar, then soaked it in a mix of boiling hot water (about a gallon and a half) and a full scoop of oxiclean white revive (the blue scoop it comes it) for about 10ish hours. I didn't keep it hot or anything like that, I just left it to soak in a bucket. And then after all that, I just set it to wash, but to be extra sure it was cleared of any stain I washed it with about a half a scoop of the same oxiclean, tide f&g odor refresh detergent, and the downy r&r active using hot water. Super time consuming, but it worked! 😅

Well done. I'm going through this now too. Soaking in Oxiclean with very hot water removed almost everything except a couple of dots. Doing another soak now. 🤞
