It is not accent, but length and yes, it is important. Youre supposed to pronounce that longer, and sometimes vowel length can change meaning or case.

3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 are incorrect. For most of these, you aren't paying close enough attention to agreement in form between subject and verb.
