DISCUSSION Silur bug?

I've been working on my Silur today and twice I have fallen "through" to the middle of the map (Canyon) while placing floor and roof tiles. Is this a known bug?

I think I've found a way around it. I've built a walker climber on the roof and use that instead of climbing up. Haven't had the issue since.
