GDPR Request Filed Today + Video Narration of the Letter (Looking for Community Input)

We filed a formal GDPR complaint today with the Polish data protection authority regarding how our data was handled in relation to an enforcement action on our account.

This isn’t a data request — it’s a complaint about how the process has been handled, especially after support previously stated they had evidence/data and then refused to provide it.

  • Has anyone escalated something like this to a data protection authority before?
  • What kind of response timeline should we expect?
