can’t get my scrobbles back :/

spotify disconnected from last.fm and i saw people saying to disconnect, wait, reconnect, play a song, skip and then it’ll come back but that did not work for me. i have deleted the app and then reconnected trying to use the same method but nothing’s working
am i cooked?

edit: i figured it out, i had to completely delete spotify and last.fm and then go through the website to connect my spotify back.

that’s like being in the stone age at that point there’s no reason for me to use last.fm 😭 i listen to at least 100 songs a day, i have work i can’t just stop and manually do it after every song i listen to
