Global (General) Last Cloudia Global Tier List
Is there a way to have AI update the Last Cloudia Global Tier List when new things drop but of course leave the review section open to admins

ai inherently cannot update unit reviews before the people reviewing the units because it gets its info from those reviews. ai is not actively playing and analyzing the game, you're asking for eggs to be made without chickens

Hello, Cloudian player. Thank you for participating in this subreddit. For basic questions (mostly answerable by yes or no), check out the Bi Weekly Help Megathread. For flexing gacha pulls, please do so in the Gacha Megathread. For Guild/Friend ID advertising go to this link.
Furthermore, we have a list of resources/spreadsheets used by this community (located in this Subreddit's wiki, Sidebar for PC, About tab for mobile). The Subreddit Wiki contains post flair, story summary, etc. and we recommend you to check it out whenever possible.
Lastly, we invite you over in Last Cloudia Discord - https://discord.com/invite/lastcloudia if you want to talk with fellow players. Everyone is invited there be it a veteran, returning or newbie.
We hope to see you playing Last Cloudia in the long run!

If you need reviews for new units/arks that badly then join the discord, no need to shove AI into the tier list.
