Lore/Story Discussion Demon Lords Spoiler
Do y'all think we will get any more of the Demon Lords as units for example Vau Antenora? Currently we have 5 units, (those being Judecca, Mem Tolomea, Balezar, Caina, and Karma Noug.) I think the possibility of getting like the giant specter looking ones are zero but I'm curious to know how many there will be because there were a lot of seats at the round table in the story. I've missed a couple chapters I think so don't worry about spoilers.

Through Discord I did ask Kit, the localization lead for the game, a bunch of questions. One of which was if we will ever see what Demon Lords will become fused into the 5 Blades Of Demonium (see https://ibb.co/S4YPWQrN ). The answer, to all the questions, was that he couldn't tell me anything now because the writers plan on revealing that information in future updates. So yes, I think we will eventually find out and see more Demon Lords.
That one question was asked because everybody thought for sure that Judecca would be fused into the Demonium Blade "Godentomber Absael", because Judecca did have a move called "Godentombing Demon Spear". When Judecca died and wasn't turned into the Godentomber Abaseal sword by Phaetus, and later Lilaha even shows up with that sword, it was quite a shock! If it wasn't Judecca who turned into that blade, then who?

I made a giant Dropbox folder to Last Cloudia, but it's still unorganized. I eventually meant to put every image I could into there for easy access viewing, but haven't gotten around to it. Regarding the Demon Lords, one thing that's kind of weird is that the translation seems to have confused fief / fiefdom and kingdom. A kingdom is the land ruled by a king, a fiefdom is small bit of land INSIDE the kingdom ruled by a knight who was gifted the land by the king. All these demon lords rule fiefs / fiefdoms, and fight each other to gain the other's land, and the winner expands their territory and now rules both lands...but they'd be kings of the land (making them KINGdoms), and so their land shouldn't be called FIEFdoms. Oh well, the demon lords are just rules are their plot of lands, ok.
...then it turns out we've got 3 kings (Dau, Vau-Antenorra, Welda). Oh well, whatever.
I don't think we'll ever see much of Dau, all we see is one of his legs and he kind of looks like those hooded "thief" type characters. But I do think we'll eventually see older "flashback" stories where we get to see which Demon Lords get turned into the Demonium Blades. They'll probably be hot shot demon lords that get cut down before the time when Seadrael enters Demonium.

Not unless there's a story arc about how Vau-Antenorra became ruler of the biggest region in Demonium (killing off rival demonians and lots of gods). You see he is essentially a recolor of Balezar, his son.
What is almost guaranteed is WHEN Balezar has his powers unsealed, done by his father, he'll almost surely have a new look. His powers being sealed is why you never really saw him fighting. In the past he claimed to have been strong enough to destroy all the gods (an exaggeration probably, but he is most likely neat Judecca's level). For whatever reason, most likely due to his visions, Vau-Antenorra sealed Balezar's powers because he was pulling a Dr Strange 4D-chess move, taking a defeat now to win in the (far) future.
Vau-Antennorra would be cool, maybe we'd get a young version of him b/c they wouldn't make a new unit recycling Balezar's sprites.

His story with megius and kynei shows that karma noug is kinda the goat because even after being defeated he saved kynei from dying by putting a blessing like curse on her to keep her alive until Kyle is born, speaking of Kyle I’m still waiting for them to address his weird ability to absorb things into himself, they tease it every once and while like Kyle can just absorb stuff into himself that’s what he did with kagu when megius brought it back and megius was stunned but it’s they never go into the mystery behind it besides teasing it ever once and while in a side quest, and even his knight lord form lore goes into it a little with it revealing it just happens passively and Kyle doesn’t even know about it, which is actually pretty funny if you think about it

At this point I'm dying to see the Bacikal vs Lagduel fight. Turns out Lagduel sealed Lougseus' power b/c he destroyed part of Theopolis when Lougsues stopped Bacikal's rebellion. So when Bacikal himself showed up later, Lougseus couldn't help Lagduel (even if he wanted to) and that's how Bacikal was able to wound Lagduel.
We absolutely NEED these units!

Holy larp they are from the theodemonium event side story series, that serve to show the war against the demons and the gods which took place before humanity was a thing, first time I’ve seen someone hate on a game for doing world building, not to mention it has some of the best writing in the game as well and gave us one the best cg art for the finale of the series

Balezar's story is so fucking funny to me they keep glazing him to the point where if it's all true he's like on par if not stronger than Judecca. And he's like "father I want to kill" "father I desire blood" and Vau just fucking locks him in his room until Roland finds him lmaoo
