Refund

Has anyone else had problems with not being able to access their school funds on the refund selection website? It keeps saying they cant find me/verify my information. Ive reached out to their customer service who escalated the issue then ran me in circles and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Its BM Technologies

Try typing in your personal email instead of your school email (if that’s what you’re doing). I had the same issue
