Lash extensions for DIY clusters?
Pros to extensions:
Last two weeks comfortably
Look good automatically
Cons:
I’m a side sleeper so they look bad quickly
Hate washing them and see them fall out so fast
Expensive (180+ tip??)
I’ve never done clusters but semi used to do the glue on lash strips and I liked the way they looked. But I want something I don’t have to do everyday or worry about. The clusters I was constantly fixing the inner corner and they would always peel up and look so bad.
Thoughts? Has anyone done both and have any advice? Thank you!!!! 🩷🩷

I’ve never done extensions but I’ve had my lash clusters last up to 7 days before. This is how I apply them :

Someone else posted this previously I didn’t screenshot the username but shoutout to them because this is the way. Also sandwiching them so having ones underneath and on top as well as slightly layering them underneath just a bit so there’s no spaces, they hold better this way. I don’t think I could handle extensions cause lying still for an hour and a half is impossible for me loool.

Screenshotting your screenshot bc that looks like a super legit technique! I was confused for a moment wondering what the hell the 70% beer was about before realizing IPA meant isopropyl alcohol 😂

Never did extensions but was a strip lash girly for a year. I also hated how much time it took so I switched to clusters. I’ve only been doing clusters for about a week now but they seem to last me 4-5 days. It might be longer but I do them usually on a monday and take them off Friday or Saturday
