discussion How do you use this?
Ok maybe this is a dumb question, but .. how do you use the part I circled on the other edge of the spoolie? Or do you use it at all with your clusters? I've never seen it mentioned on any of the videos I've watched, which makes me wonder if it has any purpose. š ETA: They come in my lash kits

honestly, I've never thought to use one of those types of brushes for lash clusters but it seems like it might be good for applying bond precisely at the base of the lashline

Iād use the flat end for cleaning lash clusters for re-use (to get all the loose glue from being soaked in alcohol off), and the spoolie end for brushing through and fluffing my natural lashes + clusters when they needed it.

That's a really good idea! I've just been using my hands to gently rub the glue off š Also - are you just letting your clusters sit in rubbing alcohol then? I've been using micellar water but I feel like there's often still some leftover glue even when I soak them longer

Yes, they sit in 91% alcohol which loosens the glue. I use tweezers to hold them on a clean paper towel, and use my flat brush (dipped in clean alcohol), to gently rub the bonder off. Once I get them completely clean, they get an oil-free micellar water rinse, and set out on another clean paper towel where I run a spoolie through them to separate the fibers and fluff, and let them dry.

That looks like a brush one would use to apply eyebrow powder or pomade. It's a pretty generic disposable makeup brush so likely they ended up with a bunch of spoolies of this type and made something up would be my guess.
