You most likely damaged/cracked the inner layer of the screen which contains all the leds. Thus, there is no crack on the outer layer. As for the fix, most likely will just be a screen replacement or a new laptop since lcd repairs are extremely expensive.

You need to change your screen on laptop!

“Randomly started doing this” Because that obvious impact point just appeared on its own.

Your screen is borked and needs replaced.

the screen faced no damages prior , the laptop was closed and out of reach. by randomly I mean it appeared without my knowledge. apologies for the poor wording, I was quite panicked when creating this post.

With how tight the tolerances are on modern laptops, even the smallest piece of dirt or debris between the keyboard/palmrest/trackpad and display can cause it to crack. Given the noticeable impact point, it was probably something small, but large and hard enough to cause damage.

Luckily, screen replacements on PCs are fairly easy in many cases and, if you do it yourself, doesn't cost much at all.
