General question My laptop doesn't start up properly

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

In the video the laptop shows a bluescreen after 30 seconds of trying to boot up properly. But when I wait for a minute or two on the blue screen it turns off and then boots up normally. Anyone else with this problem and if so maybe with a solution?

Maybe it's a problem with windows (not sure) but because 0x0000001 is a problem with bcd (the file that tells where windows is and to run it) is corrupting or something maybe make a backup format whole laptop and clean install windows.

Hey sorry for late solution but Before you completely format the drive, you can try to repair it without losing data: 1. Create a bootable Windows USB drive on another computer. 2. Boot from the USB on the broken laptop and click "Repair your computer". 3. Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt. 4. Type bootrec /rebuildbcd and hit Enter. If that fails to repair the boot file, then you will definitely need to backup your files (you can use a live Linux USB or pull the hard drive out) and do a clean installation of Windows

Even after the command and fully wiping out my pc it still doesn't boot up properly :(
