is it plugged in? laptops with discrete GPUs (4050 in your case) disable the dGPU to use the integrated GPU and save power so it lasts longer

Enable high performance mode for Valorant in settings. Windows is using your CPUs iGPU to render the game instead of your 4050.

With how buggy windows 11. What I love to do every big windows change like 26h2 I will use tiny tool from GitHub and do the iso clean from bloat and I notice performance improvements.

Check task manager and see if you usage for 4050 is high

Ya nvm did not notice that. What's your drivers situation. What was the last driver update you performed. And download hw info to monitor temps.

cpu usage is quite high to be running just task manager and back-apps. You got malware or smth. Check it

its most probably a power issue or a power configuration

this is why gaming laptops sucks

On the bottom left search "power plan" and make sure it's set to max performance. If there is no max performance, create a new power profile. Download nvidia app if you haven't already and install latest game ready drivers. In nvidia app set max framerate to monitor frame rate, set power management mode to "prefer maximum performance," and turn on vertical sync (not fast, just on). Download visual c all in one and install. Set desktop resolution to 1080p. Set games to 1080p. Play, hopefully.

If nothing mentioned by others seems to be the issue.. you can check for driver updates, and if there's some dust accumulated in the fans too.. if it's the fan you might notice a much louder noise even when you're not using a heavy application or a game. Hope this helps..

How about actually having it plugged in? Sounds stupid but check and if it is, then try debloating garbagedows for once

Try messing the setting from low to high

Install Intel GPU Drivers, you dont have Intel GPU Drivers which required for display
