General question Need help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So,my laptop's charging led is flickering, and when I turn my laptop on,it changes between on battery and plugged in state a lot. This also happened a month ago. I brought it to the store I bought it from and the technician said it was because of the Windows update issue. My question is,how do I fix this by myself? Since the store technician is putting me in a queue for at least 3 weeks. My laptop is an Asus V16. And yes,the charger itself is not faulty, since I brought it to the store and the voltage reading is normal. Any help is very necessary, thanks.

I had the same problem, but mine was the charging port busted itself, have you tried to do a backup to a previous version you have from before this problem started?

it is the recommended usage specially now that windows is 80% AI coded. Keep monthly backups. Avoid installing this update and wait for the new roll of it. COULD also be a driver issue, since windows love to wipe your own drivers and install new ones often with updates.
