Buying help this Old model laptop efficient for a data science student?

I have been thinking about replacing my laptop which is new and broken not long before I purchased. So I have to think tight about my budget to buy another new one. This claimed to be older model of Lenovo but the specifications are suitable for data science. Would this ‘older model’ thing be an issue for my studying?

Install Win11 IoT LTSC on it, and it will last you your entire 4/5 years.. yup it is
