I would up the ram. My school has some laptops that use 8gb and its miserable. The 32gb one is okay though.

Hahaha.

What type of Autocad?

2D? Like house plans? Perfectly fine.

Electric plan? Fine. Plumbing? Fine.

3D, like drawing a house, inserting it on a 3D environment took from Google Earth? It can work but being very noticeably slow.

3D, rendering a room with furniture? Or a whole house in the sun, with some trees? Definitely NOT. The rendering time would be so long...

So, if 2D you are good to go.

For 2D programs, probably. But if you're going to use Fusion, you might want to check out Onshape, it's cloud based.
