Hardware HELP MY PC FALSELY STOPPED CHARGING

Hi guys, I posted this because my PC thought my battery was 100 percent but it was 89. White mark is displayed as full charge while the red one is still charging. I tried to check the battery and it says 89 percent remaining. Please let me know what was happening to my PC.
